2 towels were supplied for 2 people,they don't supply facecloths. hot and cold water were advertised but only lukewarm water at the sink and cold water at the shower. Breakfast buffet was mediocre , orange juice was fine.
Location was good, breakfast was also good, but you should have served fish or seafood also instead of all meat.
Tissue in the bathroom was a left-behind of the previous occupant (like a quarter of a roll). I had to call Customer Service to request for additional tissue paper @ night. Its inconvenient.
I think the staff are polite. But the one in the reception during check-in gave me a hard time as she was confused about my booking.
The same breakfast for two days. I hope they prepare breakfast food that is healthier and less oily.
There's a leak in the toilet.
