Le personnel était très sympathique et vraiment disponible pour aider.
Nous avions oublié de récupérer la caution et la dame s’est vraiment démenée pour que nous puissions la récupérer même si nous avions quitté Phuket.
Déjeuner très bon.
À une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la plage, peu de choix de restaurants ou magasin pour dépanner à toute proximité, il y a toujours un petit peu de marche.

We stayed 37 days in a lovely sunny room with sea view.The manager Naay was wonderful.The staff was always smiling and very helpful.We loved the breakfast which had a lot of variety of dishes both local and western food.The atmosphere of the hotel is calming .The swimming pool is lovely .To sum up ,we really enjoyed the hotel
Shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is ok. You need to book in advance since there is only one van. Pool is nice. Quiet place since the road leading to the hotel is almost a dead end (Grab Drivers hesitated often to go up the hill)
they keep playing the same two songs for the whole day which we found really annoying during meals served by the pool.
Doors were slamming : Please consider changing the closing system to avoid the noise
The hotel is beautiful, clean, great breakfast and has a free shuttle to the beach - staff are amazing

Le personnel, j'avais 2 réservations différente(2 catégorie de chambre), nous devions changez de chambre a la fin de la 1ere réservation, ils ont fait le nécessaire pour que nous puissions avoir la 2eme chambre directement apres avoir rendu la 1ere sans qu'on leur demande 👍👌.
On peut louer des scooters directement a l'hôtel.
La piscine avec vue sympa.
Le bruit de la grande rue principal
Perfekt boende när man reser med bebis (10 månader). Praktiska och stora rum med badkar och lättillgänglig pool där det var lätt att hitta skuggiga ytor. Lekrummet var toppen, det var väldigt modernt och låg nära pool området. Tyckte väldigt mycket om personalen på boendet. De tog verkligen hand om oss under vistelsen.
Det enda jag har att anmärka på var att man var tvungen att gå på en väldigt trafikerad gata om man ville utforska närområdet. I och med att det inte fanns någon trottoar gick det inte att promenera med barnvagn till stranden. Vi utnyttjade hotellets shuttle de gånger vi ville bada i havet :)

I would prefer the pool at 125. 130 was a bit scary for an amateur swimmer like me

poche cose.....forse dovrebbero migliorare la pulizia delle camere....ad esempio i lavandini e ogni tanto lavare con acqua e sapone i pavimenti delle camere----
床单只是被小孩子倒上了一点白糖红糖，退房时就锁要300株清洁费。打包了榴莲回房间又索要1000株。感觉就是找各种理由要钱，来过几次普吉岛，第一次遇到这么垃圾的酒店，千万别来这里住。
