The Yama hotel has amazing staff who truly go above and beyond are very kind and helpful. The pool area is clean, breakfast is good, and both the gym and spa are well equipped. Rooms are tidy and they match the photos on their website.
The air conditioners need cleaning. They seemed a little moldy, which made the rooms smell a bit damp.
Everything was perfect, the room, the pool, the bar, the view and the staff!! Looking forward to come back someday 😊

Хорошая гостиница. Отличные завтраки большой выбор, овощи, фрукты, выпечка, кофе, соки. Дети не оставались голодными. Каждый день меняют полотенца. Можно взять дополнительное полотенце. Меняют постельное белье. Есть бесплатный трансфер до пляжа и обратно, но надо записываться. Так же есть ресторан, где всегда можно вкусно поесть. Цены не высокие. Есть спа, можно сходить на массаж. И есть тренажёрный зал. Для малышей есть детская комната.
Немного странные стены в ванной, выглядит как неоконченый ремонт. Ну это мелочи.
Гостиница находится на возвышенности, пешком не комфортно по жаре идти. Но с учётом, что есть бесплатный трансфер, это не проблема.
The hotel is CLEAN, room is massive, balcony with an amazing view. The staffs are extraordinary sweet, humble with such a positive energy. They've made my short stay one of the best stay in Thailand.
Location. A little bit far from Patong or Old Town Phuket but they do offer free shuttle to/from the hotel to/from Kata beach.

ประทับใจการต้อนรับเอาใจใส่ของพนักงานในทุกๆการต้อนรับ เริ่มจาก front ไปจนถึง staff ที่ช่วยในเรื่องขนย้ายกระเป๋าเข้าห้องพัด ส่วนที่ดูแลเรื่องอาหารค่ำจนถึงอาหารเช้า ทุกๆคนดูแลเราเป็นอย่างดี เรามีไปกับเด็กเล็ก ทางโรงแรมมีการต้อนรับดูแลเด็กเล็กอย่างดี ห้องสะอาดมากนอนสบาย อาหารเช้าอร่อย ประทับใจ K.Pax FC เข้ามาสอบถามถึงความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งทำให้เรารู้ถึงความเอาใจใส่ที่ทางโรงแรมมีต่อลูกค้า ขอบคุณทางโรงแรมมากๆนะคะ โอกาสหน้าจะเข้าไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Świetny pobyt, piękny nowy hotel, troszkę daleko od plaży aczkolwiek jest bezpłatny shuttle bus także nie było problemu, cudny basen z jacuzzi, miła obsługa i bardzo dobre drinki i najważniejsze: spokój i cisza, bardzo dobry resort.
Podłoga w pokoju nie była odpowiednio czysta – chodzenie boso powodowało szybkie brudzenie stóp poza tym pokój był bardzo czysty.
