Hervorragend!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer im 48. Stock bot uns einen unglaublichen Ausblick über Hanoi. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel, allein das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren riesig.
Das Bett war äusserst bequem und so platziert, dass man selbst von dort aus über die ganze Stadt blicken konnte.
Die Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer war zusätzlich ein schönes Plus — so konnten wir an einem regnerischen Tag vom Bett aus mit Kaffee dem quirligen Treiben Hanois zusehen.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr, sehr freundlich. Der Herr beim Check-In war extrem herzlich und man konnte wirklich spüren, dass er seinen Job nicht nur machte, sondern liebte: Er war äusserst humorvoll, sehr engagiert und wahnsinnig herzlich im Umgang.
Dies fiel uns zusätzlich aber nicht nur bei ihm, sondern bei fast allen Mitarbeitenden auf: Man wurde wahrgenommen, vom Reinigungspersonal über das Restaurant bis hin zum Check-Out: Persönlich auf ganzer Linie und stets darauf fokussiert, zu helfen. Wirklich toll!

Cons:

Einziger Nachteil (aber das wussten wir im Voraus) ist die Lage: Das Hotel liegt nicht in der Altstadt. Bis zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten läuft man circa eine Stunde. Für uns war das Hotel nach der Kreuzfahrt dennoch die richtige Wahl zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Durch die Lage ist die Fahrt zum Flughafen deutlich kürzer wie als aus der Altstadt.

Exceptional hotel, the staff take the credit

From the front office to the room service, roof top all of the staff were fantastic. They were exceptional to accommodate our needs. They had the will to go the extra mile

Outstanding facilities and service
Pros:

extensive breakfast selection, both western and Asian

Cons:

coffee was a little disappointing compared to what we had been served elsewhere. I expected delicious, strong, Vietnamese black coffee. Instead, it seemed like standard ‘institutional’ coffee. This is a small item, and my only criticism. I am returning to the hotel later this week, and will stay here on any future trips to Hanoi.

it was very nice to be in Vietnam and such a nice people of this great country
Pros:

room was very clean and comfortable but the windows not isolate outside sound ,I was hear the sound coming from the school , please re-check the window sealing to improve it, also the breakfast need more options but so far it is good

Cons:

switching between elevators is sucks and confusing as I have to change two times to reach my room
