Pros:

Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. La chambre est bien équipée et confortable. La vue est vertigineuse du 58eme étage où j’avais ma chambre. Être en étage élevé permet de s’éloigner du bruit extérieur malgré la bonne insonorisation de la chambre. Le renouvellement des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours est fort apprécié. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix. Les fruits sont très bons. Le repas du soir inclus dans l’offre club était une surprise à l’arrivée. Ça n’empêche pas de sortir dîner dehors même si la proposition du soir est bonne.
Le centre fitness au 7ème étage, outre les équipements de sport, permet d’accéder à la piscine et au sauna. L’espace est très beau.

Cons:

L’emplacement était bien pour mon travail mais excentré des lieux de vie nocturne qu’on peut retrouver dans le vieux quartier mais permet de rester au calme si on préfère.

I have a lot of good things to say but i will begin with thanking Mr Duong at the reception on 38th floor ..what an amazing guy.. he not only took great care of me and my husband but also helped in every possible way to get back our bag-pack which we forgot in the cab, on our way to the hotel…secondly i relished the food at the restaurant..being a vegetarian i was skeptical about getting veg food there but there were plenty of veg dishes for lunch..all the staff members are welcoming and hardworking, always smiling and very courteous.. the view from our room on 52nd floor was amazing…and cherry on top was the roof top bar which is also an observatory and u get a beautiful view of the entire city with great music…location of the hotel is amazing..ten on ten ❤️❤️

Luxe dans le ciel de Hanoi
Pros:

Très très haut niveau de qualité, service excellent, la vue fantastique, chambre grande avec le walk-in pour les valises. Restaurant délicieux. Le spa Evian fantastique. No question ask it’s the best place in Hanoi.

I love staying at the Lotte Residence and Lotte Hotel! I’m
Pros:

I have stayed at the Lotte Hotel twice and the Lotte Residence 10+ times throughout the last 5 years and my experience has always been world class! The staff is incredible and they feel like family now! Everyone knows my name and they are always so kind and helpful. The manager Dennis is exceptional and the best employee I have ever worked with at any hotel in the world! I will never stay anywhere else in Hanoi.
