Hanoi is a city of gourmet food.
Pros:

Since it is a landmark hotel, it is convenient to get around when using services like Grab.
It is also close to the Japanese district and there are many local food shops.
The night view from the hotel window is also impressive. The breakfast on the 63rd floor is world-class and very satisfying. We did not use the lounge on the 59th floor, but we are looking forward to it next time.

Cons:

On the day of check-in, I aimed for the 59th floor.
However, I was stopped on the 1st floor and told to go to the 38th floor.
I showed my reservation slip and explained that I was checking in on the 59th floor.
However, they did not accept this, which was very disappointing.
They said they needed to check my passport.
Finally, they understood the reservation details.
I don’t know whether it was because of my appearance or the brand of my travel bag that they made their judgment.
This was the only very disappointing point on this trip.

Pros:

Modern, clean hotel with good facilities and an amazing roof top bar. We dined in the steak house restaurant and had lovely food with excellent service

Pros:

Amazing place / Amazing hosts and they really take care of the guests and make them feel special .. Mr Duong at the reception is one great host who makes you feel so comfortable with a super and smooth check in .. this guy is always smiling and very polite .. all other people are also very very helpful and polite . If Iam back in Hanoi I will stay here only for sure

Pros:

Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. La chambre est bien équipée et confortable. La vue est vertigineuse du 58eme étage où j’avais ma chambre. Être en étage élevé permet de s’éloigner du bruit extérieur malgré la bonne insonorisation de la chambre. Le renouvellement des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours est fort apprécié. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix. Les fruits sont très bons. Le repas du soir inclus dans l’offre club était une surprise à l’arrivée. Ça n’empêche pas de sortir dîner dehors même si la proposition du soir est bonne.
Le centre fitness au 7ème étage, outre les équipements de sport, permet d’accéder à la piscine et au sauna. L’espace est très beau.

Cons:

L’emplacement était bien pour mon travail mais excentré des lieux de vie nocturne qu’on peut retrouver dans le vieux quartier mais permet de rester au calme si on préfère.
