Best Property
Pros:

One of the finest budget property to stay in Pattaya which is away from the chaotic Walking Street Area. Vicinity is quite and Peaceful with good small bars around and few massage parlors. Rooms were spacious with all basic amenities except Tea Bags. Washrooms were neat and housekeeping was done daily. Breakfast was not included I'm my package so bought for 120Baht daily. Pool & Gym facility was also great.

Perfect Location
Pros:

This Hotel is situated in Pattaya South and is a 5 min walk downhill to the beach and beach road where all the action is......Jomtien Night Market and Walking Street. This hotel has large rooms, gym and swimming pool. They are very helpful at reception if wanting a private taxi which they will call on your behalf. Popular hotel so book well in advance. Excellent restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11 within a 2 minute walk.

Pros:

The 1st room we were given had a plugged up shower drain. Had to get them to unplug it 3 times. Not sure why they didn’t test it before saying it was good. Something in the room made my wife have a sinus problem. Requested a refund but was told we should have notified them as soon as we stepped into the room. How were we to know the shower was plugged and it would affect her sinus? Was moved to a poolside room which was nice but found it weird they had to transfer the TV from our 1st room. Only was a 20” TV.
Other than that stay was nice. Breakfast had a nice selection. Gym equipment was minimal but full gym a block away.

Het strand is 40min wandelen.

The housekeeping and front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Areas that can be improved are soundproofing the walls as the traffic noise was incredibly loud at 1/2am. The breakfast (fried rice) looked and tasted horrible, the eggs were too runny and the ham was tasteless. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay as the location was central to many places.

Kommer ikke neste gang hit. Service -t var ok. Hotellet er veldig utslitt. Håndkle og sengetøy var like utslitte. Frokosten var veldig kjedelig, kaffen var umulig å drikke, så måtte vi gå til andre steder for å ha en ordentlig kaffe. Betjeningen var god

Dirty place. My slide door to the balcony was broken, couldn’t lock it, Found a dead cockroach in the elevator and one alive in the halls. Tourists spits in the pool and no one said anything about it. The food I tried was good, but that’s it. So much competition over places to stay, Do better FX..,
