Our trip was an amazing Moroccan experience for my husband and I as well as our grown daughter!
Pros:

Loved the rooms and their concept that made it a wonderful experience. Also most of the staff were great and welcoming. They took great care of us. The food in their restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was superb. We would highly recommend to others. :)

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. If I had to name something, it would be that there were not enough cooking lessons offered if you were on a short trip.

Fantastic hotel and decor and exceptional staff, in a great location

The only little criticism is the breakfast was expensive. There was however alot of choice and food was delicious.

Quelle déception !
Pros:

Le restaurant où nous avons l’habitude de venir régulièrement … magnifique endroit et très bonne cuisine.

Cons:

Tout le reste ! Nous adorons le restaurant, nous y venons souvent manger, nous voulions tester l’hôtel… quelle déception !
Chambre exiguë, sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur !!! (Fenêtre sur le couloir de l’hôtel !?!?) salle de bain minuscule, aucune présentation de la chambre (il faisait une chaleur insupportable… le chauffage (peu visible) était à fond.
Je ne parle pas de l’insonorisation… en fait on avait l’impression de dormir dans le couloir de l’hôtel !
Je pense évidemment que toutes les chambres ne sont pas de ce niveau, mais il est inadmissible dans un établissement de cette catégorie de proposer de telles chambres !

Totally recommendable!
Pros:

The hotel looks like a palace, it is extremely beautiful, with many details, and anywhere you look there is something amazing to admire - the interior design, the plants, the carpets, creating a unique experience!

Recommended! Try to get an upper scale room, especially with the rooftop!! Spectacular!

Cons:

The hammam experience was ok, I expected the typical turkish bath procedure...but still, the staff was very kind.

Pros:

Il est amusant de découvrir les nombreux racoins de ce regroupement de riads juxtaposés mais qui crée un tout cohérent et harmonieux.
Le personnel est aux petits soins et plein de petites attentions dont la cérémonie du thé en après-midi.
Nous avons suivi le cours d’initiation à la cuisine marocaine, très bien organisé et sympathique.
La proximité de la médina est appréciée mais l’accès reste facile.
Que de bons mots à propos de notre séjour à la Maison arabe!

A simply stunning property that left me dreaming of a return visit!

Everything! It was absolutely beautiful! Every single detail, including the smells! The staff were exceptional.

La posizione, l ambiente tipico. Gli spazi comuni.

Cons:

Ci hanno assegnato una camera con un odore di fogna insopportabile. Ci hanno dato un altra stanza piu grande ma piu vecchia, in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Residui di medicinali, cialde del caffe usate e zucchero sparsi sul tavolo. Non era stata passata l aspirapolvere. Il lavandino del bagno otturato e sporco. Io scopino del water rotto. Nessun sapone. Nulla di nulla. Praticamente una stanza non ripulita dopo la partenza degli ospiti precedenti.
Sono arrivati e nel giro di un ora con noi all interno stanchi da un lungo viaggio hanno sturato il lavandino e ripulito.
Abbiamo cenato, discreto il cibo. Servizio pessimo.

Pretty place with accommodating staff
Pros:

A very pretty and historic hotel with a charming courtyard and a surprise of a jazz club. The staff were very helpful and gracious. Airport pickup went perfectly.

Beatiful boutique hotel in a great location. Perfect for a solo woman traveler!!
Pros:

I ate breakfast once and it was lovely and delicious. It would have been nice to have coffee available to guests in the morning without having to do the breakfast buffet. The coffee pods in the room were not great.

Cons:

Offer complementary morning brewed coffee to the guests. That would have make my stay perfect!
