Desilusión

Las personas del servicio de limpieza, son amables.

Cons:

Al hacer la reserva pagando por adelantado el monto total de lo que sería mi estadía, solicité al encargado del hotel por medio del WhatsApp, me enviara imágenes de lo que sería mi habitación y me envió imágenes de una habitación iluminada naturalmente, con un pequeño balcón. Al llegar me ubicaron en una habitación que no tenía iluminación natural, porque no había ningúna ventana o rejilla, por lo que me vi obligada a tener la luz prendida día y noche, él balcón no estaba y las puertas del baño al estar mal colocadas, eran incómodas y se me hizo necesario en todo momento agenciar la forma de abrirlas. La ventilación natural inexistente, dado que no había ingreso de ventilación natural y para colmar la paciencia, la habitación tenía una puerta cerrada con llave y que supongo conectaba internamente con otra habitación y en ese lugar escuché a personas disfrutando su noche en pareja, durante toda la noche. Por supuesto desde un inicio de mi estadía y luego de constatar mi habitación asignada, solicité en el mostrador del hotel me ubicarán en otra habitación según las imágenes que me habían enviado por medio del WhatsApp al momento de la reserva y la respuesta fue se habían equivocado y que no tenían campo para hacer el cambio, ya había pagado la totalidad de mi estadía, inclusive al llegar me habían pedido hacer un depósito de 100 dólares en el mostrado, para garantizarse posibles daños.
Recomiendo acualizarse y formar al personal en la atención centrada en el cliente. El cliente es la razón de ser de cualquier negocio, sobretodo deberán pensar que un cliente llega a un hotel a disfrutar y relajarse, no a resolver eventualidades. Yo llegué a ese hotel sola, a disfrutar y a participar del un evento en la comunidad. La pregunta que me hizo la encargada del mostrador en ese momento fue "Usted va a entrar a alguien más en la noche".

Great boutique hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect and the place looks beautiful. The staff is super friendly, and I was really impressed by how quickly they respond on WhatsApp. Highly recommended!

Cons:

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness during my stay. The property currently suffers from a strong odor of animal excrement due to the rabbits and the guests dogs in a limited space. Furthermore, it appears that pets are allowed on guest beds and pool loungers, which triggered a severe allergic reaction for me. A much more exhaustive cleaning service is needed, along with stricter rules regarding pets on furniture, to ensure a hygienic environment for all guests.

You cannot walk to the beach. We actually thought it was beachfront, but it isn't. Pool was nice but too warm, not refreshing.
