El personal muy amable y laa instalaciones cómodas

Al lugar le falta un poco de mantenimiento en sus instalaciones, hay material de la piscina que se está desprendiendo

The room was lovely and the staff were fantastic, but I dont think I would stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The room itself was very nice, spacious and the A/C worked GREAT, which was really important to us. The hotel is very pretty and appears to be well-maintained. The front desk staff were probably my favorite; they went above and beyond, smiling and happy to help with literally anything. The pool area was small but pretty.

Cons:

The location wasn't great. I knew the proximity to the ocean/beach but the neighborhood felt run down although we never felt unsafe. The main street location with our room facing outward meant we heard every loud truck and motorcycle that passed all night. The free breakfast was 'ok'. It was a choice of generic plate options and no ability to request changes. Eggs and rice or rice and eggs eggs and avocado. We ended up eating the cold cereal option most days. But it was free so it wasnt a huge deal.

Pros:

הצוות של המלון נהדר. החדרים נוחים. נחנו טוב וגם טיילנו באיזור. העיר חאקו מלאה במסעדות,ברים,חוף ים,יערות. מי שרוצה להכיר את האיזור,המלון הזה מאוד מתאים.

Cons:

צריך ללכת לחוף הים וכשחם זה לא כלכך נעים.

Pros:

Our room was spotless, light and airy and the bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was comprehensive and very tasty 😋 The staff were friendly and helpful

It was a bit far away from the beach, which was a little challenging in the extreme heat 🥵

Muy rico el desayuno.
Muy confortable la habitación.
Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Me indicaron que podría cancelar la estadía en recepción pero antes de las 3:00pm.
Nunca me habían puesto una hora establecida para llegar y poder cancelar, sentí presión.
Al final nos esperaron pero fue incómodo.

Definitly a decent place. Would have loved to see the room a bit bigger and price a bit less.
Pros:

Nice pool area. Very nice staff. The rooms are super small for the price you’re paying.

Cons:

The key card system didn’t work for the first day I was there. So I had to ask for assistance every time. Which is annoying.
