Lovely bed
Pros:

Good location near the old centre. Very comfortable bed. Clean and hot shower. There’s a gym but I didn’t use it. Nice concierge.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, didn’t look the same as the photos. However, they still do have a buffet of a selection of foods.

Enjoyed the hotel, felt safe and staff very friendly
Pros:

Breakfast had enough choices to suit anyone, staff where friendly and polite, Check in and out was easy, hotel is not as close to the Old quarter as i thought, but enjoyed being away from the noise and people. The customer care staff member "Long" was such a help to me with directions, ideas, help with the fixing the air conditioner, and just having a friendly chat.

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix : difficile de faire mieux à ce niveau de prestations.
Pros:

Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la tumultueuse Hanoï.
Pour nous, l’emplacement était excellent : à l’écart des quartiers trop touristiques tout en restant à proximité directe, et juste à côté d’un lac, idéal pour les amateurs de course à pied ou de promenades.

Tout le personnel est absolument charmant, que ce soit à la réception, au petit-déjeuner ou le personnel de ménage : toujours souriant, poli et très attentionné.

Le petit-déjeuner, servi tous les matins de 6h à 10h, est de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix et une belle variété, certains plats changeant d’un jour à l’autre. La salle du petit-déjeuner se situe au dernier étage et offre une jolie vue, ce qui rend le moment encore plus agréable.

La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau ainsi que du thé et du café sont fournis chaque jour, ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

S’il fallait vraiment mentionner quelque chose ici, et cela ne relève absolument pas de la responsabilité de l’hôtel, nous avions demandé une chambre au calme ne donnant pas sur la rue principale. La demande a bien été respectée, mais la chambre donnait sur un immeuble en construction, ce qui occasionnait des réveils très matinaux en raison des travaux.

Fantastic staff and very accommodating.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny inside room with see through frosted glass windows able to see basically whoever is in the shower/toilet, shower/toilet/sink right next to each other making everything wet without divider otherwise nice little room.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und absolut in Ordnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: extrem freundlich, grosszügig und sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut betreut. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einem guten Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Der Strassenverkehr ist, wie überall in Hanoi, gut hörbar.
