立地が最高
Pros:

立地が良い。ホテルのラウンジのセルフドリンクサービスが便利。荷物のロッカーが便利。新聞があるので、嬉しい。

ホテル内の和食のお店の料理が最高でした！二日利用させて貰いました。とっても惜しかったです！

Pros:

Struttura situata pressoché di fronte alla stazione, raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi.
Presenti tutti i servizi necessari, ordinata la camera, dimensioni buone.

Cons:

La struttura risulta essere un po datata, andrebbero sistemati la moquette nelle camere e nelle parti comuni, rimodernati i bagni delle stanze. Nonostante sia tutto molto pulito, i segni del tempo si vedono parecchio.
Staff poco disponibile e per nulla flessibile.

it was a great pleasure staying in Nikko at this hotel. I'm truly satisfied
Pros:

the room was spacious with lots of accessories, lights well organized and the bathroom ok.
About common services, the "onsen" is really wonderful, the breakfast service really appreciated

Cons:

in the room I would suggest to add a wardrobe with at least two shelves and maybe 1 or 2 drawers. the one in the room was very very little

Pros:

Muy completo. La atencion en todas las áreas fue japonesa (excelente)

Cons:

No tengo quejas del hotel. Pero los horarios de Nikko son muy acotados. Abren tarde y cierran temprano (esto es para los que vayan a viajar a Nikko)
