Pros:

Goede locatie tegenover het Jr station en een busstop voor de deur.. het restaurant in het hotel was prima, vooral omdat heel veel andere restaurant waren dicht.

Cons:

De kamer vloerbedekking was smerig net als op de gangen. De onsens zijn redelijk maar erg summier, slecht twee stoelen geen koude drinkwater.

Good hotel
Pros:

Onsen was a perfect way to relax after trekking all day. Staff were always helpful.
Theres a car park outside hotel, which hotel will give you a voucher to reduce the exhoribitant parking fee to ¥500 per overnight.

Cons:

Need to eat very early as all restaurants in vicinity seem to be closed or closing by 7pm

Clean, basic hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, very clean

Cons:

It’s quite aged, the rooms are small, a kettle but no cups or tea/coffee in the room, only a machine with paper cups in the communal lounge. Old TV & no stations in English.

Ideal location for visiting Nikko with own Onsen
Pros:

Close to Station and bus, with 2 great Onsens on the ground floor. We also enjoyed cocktails in the little bar on the 2F. Bag deposit with lock before checkin in the Reception lobby very useful. Also 24/7 free coffee and tea in the breakfast room.

Pros:

Excellent location. The bus stops are right outside this hotel in front of the Nikko Station, and its the very first stop, meaning you can get seats before the 2nd stop( Tobu Nikko Station ) which is the busier one.

A delightful stay in a modernised hotel in a pretty pilgrimage town.
Pros:

I liked everything about this property, starting from the location across the road from the train station. The reception staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious,and decor had been updated.(it was a pleasant aubergine with neutrals). There were three different pools in the onsen with three different temperatures.
