Ótima localização, funcionários prestativos, boas instalações e bom café da manhã.
Everything and onsen.
Nothing.
静かで大人のホテルと言う感じ良かったです。朝食のスープがとても美味しかった。さすがホテルのスープと言う感じです。
ベッド横のライトが点きませんでした。
We stayed here several nights and we loved it. The hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, literally across the street from the train station and a couple of blocks from the bus station. The staff was very friendly and so helpful in assisting us with the bus schedules (in English). Breakfast was great because they had curry for breakfast! Loved the public bath with the outdoor pool. There is a sitting area where you can have complimentary tea or coffee. We just felt so comfortable at this hotel. I would definitely come back.
Nothing. I think if this hotel was "modernized", it would lose some of its charm and hominess.
It is very close to the station, rooms are not super big but big compared to Japanese hotels.
It is classic and I like the classic vibe of the building and rooms.
Despite of having a good location and building, the rooms are not at all maintained properly.
The room was dirty, white bedsheets were covered by dust, the beddings were dirty and you could clearly see the stains and dirt on quilt.
The worst part was bathroom. The room I stayed in, 309, had mold everywhere. Big pieces of back and pink mold on shampoo dispenser, on the walls, on the shower head and the fixtures, etc... It was somehow disgusting to take shower there. I was considering to bring my family to this hotel again in Feb and Mar but I think I better find another hotel.
We book these rooms a week in advance and the expectation is the hotel checks the rooms before guests arrive.
Close to the station and outdoor onsen
TVs are old and internet wifi is weak. This should improve. Breakfast was not much, no meats, eggs are poached. Only breads, was not happy with the breakfast buffet.
The room is wide and onsen is good.
Breakfast can improve in terms of variety.
