Comfortable but can improve.
Pros:

What I didn't like- The elevator when working was slow, skipped my floor numerous times.
The toilet in my room has build up of mould under the rim- you can see it walking towards the bathroom.
Everything was covered in dust- especially the bedside lamps- you can see the dust especially when lamps turned on.
I paid good money for a room for a surprise anniversary gift for my partner and I, he spent the entire time sneezing due to the dust.

Excellent location and professional service
Pros:

Excellent location close to hospitals. Staff were very welcoming and professional at all times. Nothing ever seems to be a bother to them. We stayed when there was a major mechanical breakdown with only one lift working during a time when the establishment was heavily booked. The team at Quest Woolloongabba maintained strong communication with guests during the breakdown to keep us informed about what was happening and to ensure that we did not go the wrong way up the stairs only to be blocked by security doors. Well done Questies!

Close to city
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It contained a full size fridge and had king beds in each bedroom. It was very handy to cafes, restaurants and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only one lift was operating while we were there.

Pros:

Very clean and tidy. Has separate rooms so can close off when you have more than two people staying, which was our case. Close to public transport. Has everything you need to stay long term if needed.
