Great location, staff were all super helpful and friendly, room set up was great and suited our purposes.
Only one lift was working causing excessive delays at peak times. Hot water went out numerous times during stay and our room lock/door kept failing meaning the main door could just be pushed open. Maintenance appears to be an ongoing issue.
Most of the stay was good.
The noise from next door was very loud till after 9. Not able to sleep. Only 1 working lift made access to upper floors tricky.

Great value for money. Excellent location - easy bus ride to the Queen Street. Some great restaurants around the hotel.
Only one lift working and not able to access stairs to walk up to your room.
