Pros:

This is my first time checking in at this hotel Lotus grand hotel, we are from Abu Dhabi. I booked online at the Grand Lotus Hotel "EXECUTIVE ROOM" but they put us in a REGULAR ROOM when were here already also recption she deduct me 15aed for taxes which is i paid already all in online. then i argue and sudenly she understand when i show my online booking and she refund again the 15aed. and when finish discussing and

she give the room no, and we surprice the room i choose is big diffrent in actual, because it is small and cheap looking that is not what i chose, then I complained because it was not what I expected, the room I got was EXECUTIVE Room higher than regular, they said it was not available, how come it was not available but our online booking was approved and we paid for the EXECUTIVE online but they put us in a REGULAR room. Then I complained that they moved us to the executive, which was a conflict with what we paid online, then we were very surprised again that they moved us to the PWD room,311floor which is we are not a disabled person, why were we put here, they said all their EXECUTIVE rooms are PWD same. The style was super disappointing. this Our first and last check in here worst, this is not recommendable bad experience, REDFLAG. ⚠️⚠️⚠️❌❌❌🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Never wanna to stay again.

The room is very small and has an unpleasant odor. No toiletries are provided, and the loud music from the square outside is very noisy.

Muy limpio, hermosas instalaciones. La ubicación excelente.
El personal muy amable y atento siempre.
Destaco a el empleado Jighnesh que fue muy atento y estuvo siempre pendiente de mantener la habitación muy limpia y reponer en todo momento el agua y café que necesitábamos.
Sin duda volvería a elegir Lotus para hospedarme..

Cons:

The room that was assigned to me had a dirty bathroom, the lights kept flickering and the highlight of my night was being woken up by my ground shaking from how loud the music was in the clubs downstairs. I would not suggest this club to any one that works a 9-5 or is in town for an event.

No hot water for my 2day stay.
At checkout I was asked to sign receipt which did not have my name on it. I resisted. Then I scratched the incorrect name and put my name and number. Then signed it.
This is suspicious!!
