A localização é ótima e o café da manhã é razoável.
O quarto estava com vazamento no banheiro e o box também. Informei a funcionária e ela falou que não poderia fazer nada só colocar uns panos. Passamos todos os dias com o senhor molhado. Durante a noite solicitamos a recepção um cobertor e funcionário informou que só tinha 1 e ao abrir o cobertor ele estava com cheiro horrível e aparência de usado. O café da manhã tem placa de tapioca e outros preparos na hora mas todos os dias que solicitei a funcionária informou que não tinha como fazer .

As dependências do quarto eram antigas e havia mofo no ambiente. Precisei de um prato e talheres, mas o hotel só disponibilizava esses itens mediante aluguel, cobrando uma taxa sob a justificativa de que a cozinha é terceirizada.
Além disso, o quarto não possuía micro-ondas. Ao solicitar o equipamento, fui informada pela recepção de que nem todos os quartos dispõem desse aparelho. No entanto, na descrição do Booking constava que o quarto incluía micro-ondas, e somente após eu mencionar isso o equipamento foi disponibilizado.

Somente um detalhe foi um pouco desconfortável - o tamanho do banheiro. Quase não dá pra se movimentar espaço do box na hora do banho.
