Great resort with lovely facilities and restaurants

Friendly and helpful personnel. The beach was very clean and well organized. Plenty of parking spots and many security measurements around the hotel. The only downside was the price of the food at the restaurants. But the hotel itself was way above the average, anyway.

Well designed and well maintained gated community. Rooms were spacious, staff was courteous.

Bekvämt med parkering, nära till havet, bra service

Beautiful resort with very well maintained gardens, pools and beach. However the service in the restaurants and bars, were terrible. Unprofessional stuff with skills far below the expectations for this type of resort. Beach is beautiful, sand is rougher than other Burgas beaches. It’s about 1 km away from Losenetz but you have to walk on the street as there is no sidewalks and limited lighting at night. A shuttle is available for 1 lev but on hourly schedule and closes at 9. Not practical if you want to dine outside the resort.

Second séjour à Oasis Resort et Spa. Toujours l'excellente qualité. L'un des meilleurs établissement en Bulgarie.

Es war eine sehr großzügige Wohnung mit 2 Bädern, das war super.

Complex très bien tenu. Beaucoup de verdure. Très calme. Studio aménagé avec kitchenette. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Le seul bémol, le restaurant Pétrus. A éviter: prix disproportionnés en Bulgarie, service désastreux, menu polycopié pratiquement illisible sans traduction. Le restaurant se présente "steak et fruits de mer": pas de steak d'aucune sorte mais des boulettes de viande, pas de crustacés malgré leur présence sur le menu, poissons pratiquement inexistants sauf de la friture. Carte des vins absente, négociation difficile pour connaître les vins proposés avec des prix à la tête du client. Restaurant à fuir.

We left with mixed feelings about the place. When we arrived the hotel was not expecting us. They said they did not work with Hotels.com. I had to ring Hotels.com to sort it. It appeared that our reservation was sent to the hotel by Expedia under a different reference number but the hotel did not know that Expedia and Hotels.com were part of the same group. Hotels.com should educate their partners to avoid such confusion from happening again. Stress caused until this was resolved. The person from Hotels.com I called regarding this issue provided very good service. Other than this Oasis was a beautiful complex with lovely surroundings. Very friendly restaurant staff for breakfast. Excellent service by the SPA staff and great treatments.
However our experience was spoilt by the fact that we could never get sun beds by the pool. Too few sunbeds for the number of people in the complex. Always reserved from early morning although the hotel states that sunbeds cannot be reserved prior to 8 am. The hotel is not enforcing this rule. No sunbeds at 8 am nor earlier. All taken an hardly any people around the pool. The hotel states they would collect the towels before 8 am but don't do it and all beds taken well before 8 am. Nightmare. Unfriendly bartenders at pool bar. We were spending a lot of money at the bar and they were still rude. The waitresses were friendly however. The beach was not cleaned very well and there were plastics on the sand.

This was a perfect break. Unfortunately close to the end of season with several amenities at the resort and in the local village closing. Otherwise, fantastic resort, super pools and close walking distance to great restaurants in the village. Weather was perfect and very quiet.

Kaikki puitteet kohdillaan, tosi upea ranta. Palvelut suunnattu venäläisturisteille ja tunsimme, että olimme ihan väärässä paikassa. Respan, supermarketin ja Thai-ravintolan henkilökunta mukavia ja puhuivat englantia. Muuten erittäin hankala asioida jos et puhu venäjää tai bulgariaa. Paljon lapsiperheitä.

Отель вполне соответствует соотношению цена-качество, но в соседних гостиницах были open air дискотеки до 2-х 3-х часов утра. Бессонные ночи - деньги на ветер.

It is a beautiful place, but more recommended to families than to group of friends. The apartment was nice and comfortable, everything is very new. However, only the living room har AC and that was not clear ar the reservation. Our hallway had three bird nests (inside the building), what was a bit weird - I really don't want them to destroy the nests now please! But maybe avoid their construction!? Things at the resort such as food are super expensive, even more than in the village, where things are not cheap either. The beach of the hotel is beautiful, but if you are not with kids and want to explore around, it is a bit walk to the village for restaurants, bars and beach.
