Relaxing in Verona
Pros:

The location was great to easily reach all parts of the city. Every member of staff always had a smile for you and were really helpful, it made staying there so relaxing.

Great location, fab staff.
Pros:

Staff very obliging and helpful and spoke good english. Pillows very good.
Breakfast varied and offered everything you might want including toaster. Plus coffee was great and hot.

Cons:

Room furniture very dated. Could only find two plug sockets, none near bed. Beds not very comfortable, very hard.
As reception is on the first floor and there is no lift to first floor it was difficult getting my suitcase to reception. However, the staff are very good and helpful

Central location on one of the main squares. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly . Whilst the room felt a bit dated and dark in Devore it was very clean.
Terrace seating overlooking the square is fantastic.

Cons:

Room size and layout.
Room very small and only just functional for 2 people. There was no where to put our belongings on surfaces or in the bathroom. We had to keep squeezing by each other to get to the bathroom or to a mirror.
With the reviews we thought breakfast was going to be sensational but it was average. Lots of choice of cake but the quality and choice of other things was a little underwhelming. The air conditioning just about managed for our stay and we weren’t there in summer so I think it would struggle in hotter months.

Lovely stay in a great location

Location, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous breakfast on the terrace

Cons:

The bedrooms are spotless but would benefit from upgrading. However we were not planning to spend time in the bedroom, and the positives outweighed the bedrooms.

A wonderful mini break away
Pros:

The location is wonderful very central the staff were lovely it helped that our room was available earlier than expected. This is our second time staying at the hotel just as before the room was clean and breakfast included so much choice.

Tolle Lage an der Piazza delle Erbe
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider konnten wir die Frühstückterrasse wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Wir freuen uns aber auf ein nächstes Mal. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig auch mit verschiedenen frischen Früchten. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal.

Pros:

Super zentral. Mit den Auto fährt man in der Fussgänger / Touristenschlenderzone direkt vor das Hotel. Personal ist behilflich das Gepäck in den ersten Stock zur Rezeption hochzutragen.
Verwinkelte Zimmer manchmal mit hoch liegenden Fenstern und Blick zum Himmel, dann wieder anders. Altstadthaus eben Äusserst freundliches Personal. Auto muss umgehend nach Ankunft in nahegelegenen Parkhaus ausserhalb der Altstadt gebracht werden.
Perfekter Ort, um Verona über mehrere Tage zu erkunden.

Cons:

Wir haben gehofft, vom Zimmer aus einen Blick auf den Zentralen Platz zu erhalten. Das hat nicht geklappt. Aber es gibt ja die Terrasse, von der aus es sich geniessen lässt.
