Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt - mitten in der Innenstadt - dadurch sehr kurze Gehwege zur Arena und zu Restaurants

Pros:

Detalles encantadores, en la habitación había un ramo de flores naturales, la llave tenía un llavero antiguo súper pesado y en la recepción te atienden personas mayores muy amables, el resto del personal también muy atento. El desayuno delicioso y la mejor ubicación frente a la plaza del Erbe, a cinco minutos caminando a la Arena, muy céntrico. Totalmente recomendable. ¡Muchas gracias!

Central location in Verona, nice staff, and great air-conditioning for the summer months
Pros:

- Central location in the city center, and being able to walk to different main sites
- Late night check-in option
- Strong air-conditioning
- Breakfast had a lot of fruits

Cons:

- Staircase to hotel entrance may be difficult for elderly visitors or those with large luggage pieces
- One hotel guest was phoning in the staircase and the sound traveled quite a bit

Outstanding family run hotel with charming, traditional hospitality in the heart of Verona.
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. Breakfast had a lovely variety and the terrace was the perfect place to sit out and enjoy an aperitif before heading to the opera. The staff were ever so friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The air conditioned rooms on arrival were beautifully refreshing, much appreciated and we looked froward to coming back for a siesta after lunch each day. Rooms and facilities were spotless. We would return in a heartbeat. Classical hospitality like this is hard to find and we loved it.

Pros:

Location excellent to explore the city and was in the centre of culture.
Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit and continental options.

Cons:

Slightly noisy outside but to be expected in city centre.
AC slightly ineffective but it was a week of 38 temperatures
