Fantastic location, brilliant staff.
Pros:

Great location in Piazza della Erbe, Although in middle of Verona old town, was not disturbed at night by any noise. Reception staff were friendly and helped us in planning our itinerary with recommendations of what to see/do. Traditional Italian buffet breakfast offered in the morning.

Cons:

Although booked an economy double room, the room itself was a tad on the small side with one small window up high (so no view),
