ลุงให้เช่าจักรยานยนต์พูดจาไม่มีมารยาทกับลูกค้า ตอนเช่ารถยังพูดจาดีพอจะเอารถคืนชักสีหน้าใส่และใช้ถ้อยคำเหมือนลูกค้ามาเช่ารถฟรี เวลาคืนรถไม่ตรงตามที่ตกลงเก็บรถก่อนเวลาแสดงถึงการขาดระเบียบในการเช่ารถและไม่มีความซื่อสัตย์ต่อลูกค้า กิริยาท่าทางแบบนี้ไม่ควรมาให้บริการลูกค้าค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ

น้ำไหลน้อยมากอาบน้ำแทบไม่ได้ ห้องพักเล็กมาก พนักงานให้รอนาน ตอนไป เช็คอินบ่าย2 บอกห้องยังไม่ทำความสะอาด ปล่อยให้นั่งรอเกือบ 2 ชั่วโมง

ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด เหม็นอับ มียุง สภาพค่อนข้างเก่าแล้ว

The MOD is one of about 6 similar establishments build on an old pier. So all rooms are actually above the sea. Which is unique already. The location on the beach, in the very centre of the old town and narrow walking streets is perfect. The rooms are small, but tidy, clean and functional. The aircon is very new and highly effective. Added bonus: Drive your bike onto the pier and park it directly at the room door! Breakfast or a cold beer on the top floor level is awesome: What a great view of the Gulf! Friends who seen our photo suggested it looks like "An Old Paddle Steamer"

Nice position and nice view BUT....the room was dirty, the bathroom worst. The bed was covered of bugs. A cheap accomodation does not mean a dirty accomodation. We booked for two nights, but we run away after one.

エアコン無の部屋で、食事は近くのコンビニでレンジで作ってもらい、共有のバルコニーで済ませば低コストでフアヒンに滞在できる。満潮時に波のおとが煩いが慣れる。駅から徒歩１５分なので、自力でペッチャブリーにも行ける。

Det var ett mycket obehagligt ställe med bla gammal mat och ohyra i kylskåpet efter att det hade städats. Vi påpekade detta och dom kom tillbaka tog bort maten och städade ur kylen men efter en stund var krypen tillbaka. Vi tog våra grejor och fick tag på ett annat hotell men fick inga pengar tillbaka fast vi inte sov där alls. Jag varnar starkt för detta ställe.

Rooms described as ‘superior’ should read basic and very tired looking needing complete overhaul refurb. Shame as position is good

Cheap and local hotel. Didn’t have air on or hot water but wasn’t a problem. The workers could be more friendly and happy, and the room could need upgrades, like a New bed etc.

Mod's appeal is the sound of the surf! Secondly the deck over the water! Third is the location - so near to the fabulous variety of eateries & cuisine so near their place. I stayed on the lower level at 1,000 Baht per night based on my Hotels.com reservation. The room minimal - but OK - smaller space; great shower/toilet; and great flat screen TV with plenty of English options; and there was room to park yr motorbike/motorcycle off street - secure & safe. Downside was a weak WiFiI and a an old worn out mattress. [Note: the second level boasted an appealing deck but rooms were 1500/ Baht/night - but I never viewed one!]

I am a very flexible traveller (having stayed in hostels all over the world) but this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed based on the cleanliness of the place. There were red splotches of sauce or something on the walls, the room smelled disgusting and there were bugs all over the place. I appreciate that this is a wooden guesthouse above the sea but it really wasn't the place for me as it doesn't make sense why they can't wipe down the walls before handing it over to the next guest. There was no blanket and the night I stayed it was pouring rain and pretty cold - I ended up sleeping with the towels as a cover. The toilet and sink were leaking all over the bathroom floor and the door was so old the wood was rotting. I would not return to this place.

This is a 'stay for one night because it is cheap' situation.

With that said, the staff was friendly and the view of the ocean and the sound under your bed every night is really magical. If only they put an emphasis on cleaning the place up it could be really nice and thye could charge more - I paid 580 baht with a promo on Hotels.com

This is a good destination if you don't want any customer service. They are rude and any requests or questions are met with an attitude. Won't go back again, if I go back to Hua Hin, I'll check into the Sukesem house or Hilton next door.

There were ants all over the bed and floor.For this price there are better hotels in that area.

เข้าพักที่นี่หลายครั้งพาเพื่อนมาพักสองสามครั้ง... แต่ครั้งนี้บอกตรงๆ ไม่ประทับใจในการบริการครั้งนี้.... เริ่มจากเช็คอิน รีเควสห้องไว้แต่ทางที่พักไม่จัดให้บอกว่าคลื่นลมแรงเลยให้พักด้านในแต่จัดห้องที่รีเควสให้ลูกค้าคนอื่น ภายในห้องพักรอบนี้ไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้ถามทางแม่บ้านบอกว่าน้ำไม่มาส่งให้รอ... รอจนวันเช็คเอาท์ คราวนี้ในห้องไม่มีผ้าเช็ดเท้าหน้าห้องน้ำขอแม่บ้านบอกว่าสักครู่แต่ขณะนั้นแม่บ้านกำลังไลฟ์สดริมทะเลเราก้อรอ... รอจนเช็คเอาท์ และแจ้งขอเลทเช็คเอาท์บ่ายโมง... ทางที่พักไม่แจ้งว่ามีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มน่าจะแจ้งลูกค้าตั้งแต่เช็คอินนะคับ... วันเช็คเอาท์ห้องไม่เต็มแน่นอน สอบถามแล้วแต่พนักงานไม่แจ้งมาบอกตอนเคาะห้องเรียกลูกค้าเช็คเอาท์ตอนเกือบเที่ยง.. อันนี้สมควรปรับปรุง !!! หรือมันเป็นวิธีการเก็บค่าบริการเพิ่มไม่แน่ใจ แต่.... ผมและเพื่อนๆ คงหายจากการใช้บริการที่นี่อีกนานหรืออาจะตลอดไปละคับ... บอกตรงครั้งนี้ไม่ประทับใจ ไม่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่เสียไปเมื่อเทียบกับที่พักบริเวณใกล้เคียงในราคาพอๆกัน

Fabulous location, quality and comfort of room not good, but OK for a traveller on a cheap budget
