Pros:

The woman who checked us in, Emily, was really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The whole property was fairly run-down, falling apart, and kind of dirty. The pictures online made it look newer and clean.

We were very happy with our hotel choice . Exceeded my expectations in almost every way .
Pros:

Very nice and clean room with a nice ocean view and relatively close proximity to beach entrance. About 1/3 of a mile away.

Cons:

The images online didn’t illustrate that the beach entrance wasn’t directly in front of the hotel . A minor inconvenience.

Very clean! Amazing view of the ocean!Loved that it’s so close to the beach and nye beach cafe, just a 5 minute walk. Loved the pool and hot tub too.

Wish there was another place w two beds to stay or I’d have switched to a hotel.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

The room state, the lack of view, the breakfast, the tv w two remotes, the ants, one garbage can, no screens, beds, pillows that can’t be called pillows anymore, hot tub jets not working, etc.

Basic stay at the coast. I would not recommend the hotel.
Pros:

Location, close to the beach

Cons:

Needs updated. Room very plain, a partial ocean view, breakfast area too small to accommodate guests and no oversight of pool area. Sauna also did not work.

It was okay. A bit overpriced.
Pros:

The check in process was quick and helpful. There was plenty of parking and the room was easy to access. The dog area was clean and well stocked.

Cons:

The breakfast opened so late that we had already been up for hours. There were no locks on the inside of the room that aren't opened by simply turning the door handle, which made traveling with a toddler who can reach the handle quite difficult. The walk to access the beach was also quite a bit farther than I had anticipated.

I was able to book last minute because best western was booked for like 60% the price

Pros:

Great location. Accepts pets. Staff are always sweet.

Cons:

Looks “tired”. The exterior stairs need sweeping ( just look dirty and dumpy). Room appeared clean but bathroom smelled like urine.
