Pros:

It was very clean. The staff was good. It was on the beach but no way to walk down there. You had to go 3 or 4 blocks down the street to get to the beach.

When we arrived, there was a man making a ruckus, and the cops had to be called on him multiple times. We were escorted to our room and when she opened the door, it was a room that hadn’t been cleaned, no sheets on the bed. Ick. when we got to the new room it was all right but the bath tube was dirty.

Cons:

Hot tub was broken pool wasn’t that clean and the building looked like it was about to fall apart inside. The room was full of ants the first morning and I told the staff and they didn’t do anything except give me another towel cause I used the first one to kill and clean up the ants on the floor.

They are friendly kind beds are comfy my autistic child had a great time even out of his safety zone

The staff was super amazing our TV was not working at first she was so pregnant and went up and down those stairs multiple times trying to get it to work for us come to find out it was just a stinking plug in the back of the TV. They were absolutely friendly kind and compassionate for their customers we will most definitely be back

We had a great experience other than the light in the hallway on the stairs was a little dangerous the light bulb had went out. It was amazing as soon as it was brought to their attention they fixed it probably

The location was easy to get to. It was close to the beach. Large potty space for dogs.

Cons:

The room only had a single lock on the door handle. All the other room doors had keycards to access the room. Originally, we received key cards and after climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to our room with all of our luggage, we needed an actual key. I went back to the office and received one physical key. There was no chain lock or deadbolt. The floor felt sticky, there was hair in the bathtub and the whole room had a musky smell.

Pros:

The location is nice. Breakfast was extended for us to eat and enjoy the food rather than being put away right at the mark. I appreciated that.

Cons:

The thin walls and ceiling. The people above were heavy-footed and loud. The waffle mix was questionable and grossly sour from the intercontinental breakfast. Lots of unpainted wall marks where fixtures have been moved or removed. It was unsightly.
