Pros:

Very nice hotel with really good location ( close to the town centre), very helpful staff- they helped us to organize jeep boat jeep to Monteverde and were very quick in response in English. It's very cosy inside as it's not very big hotel. Good breakfast in the restuarant downstairs.

La Ubicación esta bien el desayuno esta bueno y los empleados son muy amables, ademas la piscina esta bastante bien

La TV no funciona y es muy antigua deberian invertir en mejores TV y quiza una IPTv o algo para el entretenimiento
