problemas con el agua caliente en la habitacion
La comida estuvo deliciosa, el trato del personal fue excelente.
Había un detalle con el mueble del excusado.

Tengan en mente que en la noche ya no se encuentra ningun personal mas que el vigilante
Como recomendación a la propiedad, revisen la maquina del aire acondicionado que ponen en las habitaciones, tuve que prestarle a mi familia en la otra habitación la mia, ya que la otra no sirvió despues de un rato y comenzó a hacer un ruido muy fuerte (creo que era falta de agua), se tuvo que apagar

Small deluxe boutique hotel near downtown, good location with restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. The courtyard is very calm and well taken care off. Would be useful to have extra towels in the room and a vanity and sewing kit. No children allowed.

La propiedad está increíble y nos gustó mucho. Las habitaciones amplias limpias y cómodas. El único inconveniente es que el restaurante no abre todos los días, así que si quieres quedarte ahí a descansar probablemente vayas a tener que salir a comer a otro lado.

Amazing Hotel Spa Boutique
The staff was very courteous, they opened the restaurant for us 30 min earlier as we needed to travel back to CDMX Airport.
They have a guard dog and 2 people who constantly watch the parking lot and is always locked and secure with a gate.
Very safe area, walking to town in 5 min at night and all OK
The hotel is beautiful, the view is stunning. The rooms were amazing, very clean and construction and architecture is quite special
Finally, the food in the restaurant is really good, worth the extra cost for the convenience as well as the actual quality of the food and service. I had the enchiladas de jamaica that are an extraordinary creation of the hotel spa owner

Property doesn’t respect discounts with Expedia, noise from other rooms. Flys during the breakfast, Complex arrive to the place, dark to walk during the night. Price overrated
