good location close to public transport
The rooms were unbelievably shabby..broken door handle, dirty walls and a view of piles of rubbish, the bathroom was not usable…husband couldn’t stand up to use the loo as the slanted ceiling was so low like a cupboard under the stairs, and a sink that you couldn’t get too…it wasn’t cheap but really I would avoid. Staff were pleasant

put do not disturb on the door and staff was knocking whilst i was in the shower, told us that i needed to get put because it was leaking to downstairs

Was well located for concerts at Finsbury Park.
We booked a twin room. One bed had a dead spider on it with no duvet or pillows. We had to give a pillow from the other bed and one person sleep without a duvet to cover them because hotel staff were not at reception when we would check. Room had stains on the bed, table, walls and window sill. The shower would flood into the bathroom slightly and plug sockets had holes in or were loose from the wall. Entrances which were meant to be opened using a fob were left open with fire extinguishers which is both inappropriate and a health and safety and security hazard.

I found this hotel on short notice after I saw the awful conditions of another place I had rented. Staff was super nice and it was the cleanest place I've stayed at.
There's a bus station in front of the hotel, a metro nearby and also a mall with grocery stores and food.
On the first day the heat wave made it impossible to sleep but we asked the staff for help and they kindly provided an extra fan

On a demandé un ventilateur 2x le même jour, on l'a eu le lendemain matin. Certes c'était en période de canicule mais cela ne devrait pas être compliqué de répondre à une simple demande du client. Le niveau de propreté était médiocre. Il y avait des araignées et mouches devant notre porte de chambre car il y avait l'issue de secours ouverte juste à côté. Le pommeau de douche était abîmé et fuyait.
