The room was dirty and needs maintenance
Hairs on top of the bedding and inside the bedding
Lots of standing on carpets and overall needs maintenance but I honestly wouldn’t mind all that if the room was comfortable but it was insane hot! The fan does nothing even keeping the window open did nothing as there zero airflow in the room to get the cool air outside in the room. It was Sept so wasn’t that hot so I can’t image how uncomfortable it would be peak summer! Wouldn’t not go back I’m afraid.
Goed gelegen op 6 minuten lopen van de metro in een rustige buitenwijk van London tegenover een park. Ook 's avonds lopen was prima.
Het hotel zit in 2 geschakelde herenhuizen en heeft een wat verouderd karakter, maar het is schoon en netjes. Onze kamer was wat klein, maar wel compleet met tv en koelkastje. Als je de stad intrekt en het alleen is om te slapen dan is het goed. Wel wat lawaaierig aan de straatkant. Goede, nieuwe badkamer.
Het is niet handig dat de borg van 20 pond via cc echt betaald wordt in plaats van gereserveerd. Nu heb ik 20 pond betaald en moet ik het een week na dato nog terugkrijgen, maar vanwege de wisselkoers krijg ik minder terug dan ik betaald heb. Als het hotel het bedrag zou reserveren en daarna opheffen is dat veel logischer.
We had a great stay here in a hotel room on the top floor. We weren’t facing the road so our room was nice and quiet. It was nicer than we were expecting and our room featured an entire cooking area with fridge, kettle etc. staff were welcoming
Bathroom a bit small but nothing they can do about that.

J ai envoyé un mail pour prévenir qu on arriverait à 22h, pas eu de retour, il est écrit que c’était ouvert jusqu a 23h30. Contraints d attendre 15 min que quelqu un vienne ouvrir..
Par ailleurs, en arrivant comme en repartant, les gens qui squattent les marches devant l entrée et fument je ne sais quoi ça laisse à désirer…
Il faisait très très chaud une climatisation ne serait ce que portative aurait été fortement apprécié.

There is nothing to say that I like about this property. They are absolutely horrible and they discriminate you and they are bullies. Do not stay here if you are white British and you’re a little bit chubby because you will be discriminated as well as humiliated. Racist. sending work men to my room making threats
The star and the room they put the sink too close to the shower door. You couldn’t open the door when I asked if there was somewhere else to shower they told me I needed to leave the property ASAP because I’m causing trouble disgusting behaviour appalling management bad customer service skills I am a female and they threw me onto the streets I’m also registered disabled sending work men to intimidate me and threaten me
