I had a pleasant stay and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The location was good, as well.

Cons:

There were a couple of kids who were allowed to play with a ball in the lobby and one of them hit me on my face accidentally with it. The hotel should not allow kids to play in the lobby as they can disturb guests.

Sehr freundlich, sehr sauber, sehr schöne Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Dazu Gratiskaffee. Gebe 10 Punkte

Great rates and good location
Pros:

The property is very clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included but it’s not the best. I always felt safe in the building and it really does have great value for the rate.

Cons:

We were in the third floor and wifi was non existent at times. The tv only had 3 channels. There is very little space to store clothes.

Pros:

Todo en general me pareció bien. Todo el personal en general muy amable. Las instalaciones muy bien y el desayuno también genial. La ubicación muy bien ya que esta cerca del metro.

La ubicacion

Cons:

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba.

El hotel muestra claros signos de envejecimiento y necesitaría una renovación en varios aspectos. Las toallas y las batas estaban en un estado bastante deficiente; algunas incluso presentaban roturas, lo cual no resulta aceptable para un establecimiento de este nivel.

Además, las habitaciones tienen un olor a humedad y a viejo que intenta disimularse con un perfume ambiental bastante intenso y poco agradable.

Tampoco destacaría el servicio en el restaurante del hotel, ya que el trato recibido no fue especialmente amable ni acogedor.

Por último, el café del desayuno fue, sin duda, uno de los peores que he probado en un hotel.

Es una lástima, porque el lugar tiene potencial, pero varios detalles afectan considerablemente la experiencia.
