Pros:

La ubicación del hotel está bastante buena. La habitación es limpia y cómoda. El desayuno aunque no es variado, es bueno. Ofrece café y bebidas gratis todo el día. Hay muchos restaurantes y quioscos de tacos cerca.

teniamos uan cita y solicitamos nos dejaran en la misma habitación para no mover nada, no quisieron

Quisimos continuar nuestra estancia un dia más pero no quisieron dejarnos la misma habitación y de mala manera nos cambiaron.

Nos estamos asando con el aire malo y nadie le importo!

Me quedé en la suite presidencial 510, la terraza y el jacuzzi son mágicos!

Cons:

Fue la peor noche q pasé en la suite 510, tan costosa una sola noche para q el aire esté malo y nadie te preste atención, literal parecíamos dos pollos en un asadero, el calor era insoportable y no podíamos respirar, queríamos quedarnos una noche más y no fuimos por q al otro día en la mañana tampoco nos ayudaron a resolverlo y la suite estaba aún más caliente! Era más fresco afuera en la terraza y no dormimos nada, una pena!! Nos fuimos para el hotel “El Alfonsa” y fue lo mejor otro nivel sin jacuzzi pero hermoso y dormimos muy bien y el aire perfecto!

Pros:

Me gusto que tenia parking, bien ubicado, desayuno incluido,.

Cons:

Un poco seco y algo cortante el personal cuando preguntabamos algo aunque siempre fueron respetuosos.
