La wifi era quasi assente in camera.
La reception non parlava assolutamente inglese e quando ho chiesto informazioni sull'aeroporto secondario di Città del Messico, non sapeva neppure che esistesse.
L'ATM non ha funzionato mai in tre giorni

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte ein tolles großes Fenster. Die Lage war gut, wir konnten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und mit dem Uber dauerte es morgens nur 20 Minuten zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Café da manhã horrível , comida ruim , nunca tinha lugar para sentar , pouca variedade , cheguei a pegar fruta estragada . Tive problema com cofre que não configurava senha , problema foi ignorado pelo hotel . Passei todos os dias sem uso do cofre . Tv poderia ser smart
