Pros:

Great stay, lovely restaurant and cafe within the hotel. Strong WiFi, TV had Netflix, had a storage room for bags before and after checking in/out. Would come back

check in 30 july 23.1day.I was disappointed with my first stay in Room 612. Upon entering the room, I noticed many ants running around the edges of the table and the tea-making area. The room floor was also not clean

great hotel with great price
Pros:

the facilites and aminities was great with very low price. the room view is superb. i also really enjoy the breakfast. kudos to the cooks. overall, this hotel is my favourate hotel to stay for business trip. very affordable price. the only thing i hope they will improve is the wifi (oftenly will have interference. especially after 9pm). and tv service. always have connection problem. other than that, superb

Pros:

Room got no sound prove, can heard roadside car sounds. Even i stayed at level 6, very irritating. Can't rest well also.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The food is very good. The location is ideal. Only thing is the wifi doesn't work, and the bidet tap is slightly leaking making the bathroom floor wet all the time. If these are fixed, I'd say this hotel is perfect for me thanks.

I like the vibrant color in the room.bright green color..all amenities are there..the first step in the room i can say wow for 4 star hotel..one of favorite property if i travel to Kuantan.only breakfast effect my good review as the breakfast only so,so..f&b should improve on the taste of the food..overall i am satisfied and meet my expectations..tq

Awesome stay!
Pros:

My partner and I stayed only for a night and it was awesome. I literally have no negative comment to give. The staffs were friendly and professional. Check in and out were smooth, room and toilet were clean, tidy and no weird smell at all. Love the variety of food that they served during breakfast. Ample space for guests to park their rides and hotel is very near to the town as well!
