Pros:

The location was great. The staff was friendly. The rooms were big, and got cold.

Cons:

It smelled terrible. The plumbing SUCKED. The refrigerator froze EVERYTHING even on the recommended setting. The pool was DIRTY and the grills, grill but are hanging by a thread! Oh and the bed HARD AS A ROCK.

Nice place, clean rooms, but lacking on the extras like wifi and breakfast service.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The internet didn't work for the first 3 days at all. After that it was still very sketchy. The ice maker in my room didn't work. There was no breakfast included. When I needed to do laundry, there were no machines available and at least one was out of order.

Did not receive room reserved. Sheets smelled dirty as if not washed. No WiFi connection. TV channels were hit and miss.

Nice, clean budget hotel, but customer service is fantastic!!
Pros:

Clean, nice budget hotel. But whatever the company is paying Rhonda, the front desk manager, is not enough. She is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, knows all her regulars, but friendly to new guests as well. I needed to ice an injury I have, and she called her daughter to bring a bag of ice for me from her home. Sometimes it seems people forget customer service, but she is the epitome of it. Thanks Rhonda - and thanks Rhonda's daughter!

It was a a nice stay but we were exhausted after trying to sleep.
Pros:

Close to the family we were visiting. Had some nice things in the room.

Cons:

Was loud with the trucks going down road. The heater was very loud and woke up up each time it turned on. No kleenex in room.

Cons:

Our room was very dirty. Finger nail clippings in the bed, dead bugs, stained towels. The flap in bathroom vent slammed open and close all night due to wind.
