Great location and need to improve hygiene
Pros:

Strategic location in the heart of Kuantan.

Cons:

Cleanliness is very poor, especially the bedsheets and pillow case covers. I don’t mind with basic amenities but the hygiene of the bedsheets, towel and pillow case is very important..

Pros:

It is clean and at the city centre.

Cons:

No staff to entertain. Need to check in at different building. Then, no towel open check in. Just imagine, we need to go to another building just to request for a towel because no phone in the room and even in the building. No staff at all. Then, the key door is hard to detect. We experience lamp and aircond on and off and again we need to go to another building to report it again. Very bad experience.
