Book online through booking.com 1 room ,3 beds + view. Tapi dapat bilik without window macam dlm gua + electricity on off every 2- 5 min. Call reception informed condition bilik x seperti yg di booking. Reception reply,bilik yg ada tingkap tu kami (the V hotel) bagi kepada yg early check in🙄 Then terus ke kaunter sekali lagi which is located to next building. Tunjuk kat reception detail booking. NO APOLOGY,NO EXPLANATION & NO SMILE. Yang ada hanya muka yang mengundang penampar! Terus bagi kunci utk tukar bilik. Kenapa at first place tipu guest dengan alasan sampah? Selisih dekat area corridor pun buat muka minta penampar dia. Very bad service. (Male reception)

To hotel owner/manager : tolong jangan hire reception berlagak diva.
#we'll not leave this kind of review kalau staff macam tu tak wujud!

Pros:

The convenience of the hotel location. Got many stalls around the hotel area. Parking is also convenient. The staff is also great.

Cons:

The room a bit cramp. But since the price already cheap, no complain on that.

Great location and need to improve hygiene
Pros:

Strategic location in the heart of Kuantan.

Cons:

Cleanliness is very poor, especially the bedsheets and pillow case covers. I don’t mind with basic amenities but the hygiene of the bedsheets, towel and pillow case is very important..
