Very accommodating for the dog.. good food
I liked to decor in the hotel. The room was lovely.
I did not like being charged twice for our stay. The hotel took payment and so did Booking.com. I booked through Booking.com for our stay so that should have been the only money taken in payment.
Good location, nice rooms
Hotel never answer their phone
The location and history of the hotel.
Rooms were unclean, dirty wine glass on nightstand... Told the front desk I wasn't staying there and cancelled the remaining days. They have never refunded me for the nights I did not stay there. Recent positive reviews are fake.
after an initial small problem the manager was excellent in resolving this
nothing needs to be changed. As I previously stated the staff could not have been more accommodating
I was put in a room outside the main building that was not at all clean or functional to stay in. I will never stay here again.
It is in a great location
There was tea and coffee and biscuits in the room.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
It was not too expensive.
It is a bit tired . The bathrooms are old and not spotless. There was no shower gel in the dispenser. One of our party had an uncomfortable nights sleep because of springs in the mattress. It was quite noisy with creaky floorboards from people walking in the corridors. The curtains in the bedroom didn’t fit or close properly. The bedside lamp did not work.
gezellige bar, mooie locatie
kamer had wat meer opgeknapt mogen zijn
The hotel location is central to Dunkeld. My bed was firm (I dislike soft beds).
The staff were polite, well presented and did their best to help.
The bacon in my breakfast was thick, cooked nicely and enjoyable.
My room overlooked Athol street and suffered high road noise due to the single glazed window, wedged closed with cardboard. The room felt cramped, would have better suited a single bed instead of double and the TV blocked the window. I found the bed uncomfortable.
My Indian meal was very mediocre, having a strange flavour and containing quite tough meat. My "Full Scottish breakfast" looked small on the plate, had a cheap sausage and single small fried egg.
The building is clearly historic but appeared to need a major refresh.
Lovely old building but needs updating
Threadbare carpets and not very clean
We received the key before checking in due to having a wedding
Our room hasnt been cleaned, dirty towel in shower, skin care left out and wine left out in glasses and bottle
