Pros:

Staff were brilliant, friendly and welcoming, food was good, beds were comfortable. A bit of noise with plumbing and bathroom door did not fully close, however these were minor irritations. Would definately return, location ideal.

​Esperienza estremamente deludente. L'alloggio presentava un grave problema strutturale: ad ogni scarico del WC, l'acqua risaliva parzialmente dalla doccia. Un disservizio inaccettabile, specialmente a fronte di un costo di 107 £ a notte. A peggiorare la situazione è stata la totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente: la struttura non ha neanche pensato di offrire la colazione a titolo di risarcimento morale, facendocela pagare per intero. Per cifre inferiori (90 £) ho soggiornato in strutture con servizi eccellenti, inclusi palestra e area svago. Sconsigliato

Deeply embarrassing as I had booked rooms for visiting American family
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was very good. The buffet was poor and the only staff member on duty clearly overworked and under strain . I have never been asked to pay £2 for a hot chocolate for a non coffee drinker with an all inclusive breakfast rate

Cons:

Don't under any circumstances book a room in the annex. It is a dilapidated shed . The rooms ( but not the bathrooms) have been done up and are small but well appointed. The surroundings are terrible. The rooms are accessed down a scruffy narrow path past an unkempt area . The windows look directly at the fire escape. The shower in one room leaked all over the floor ( although in fairness the duty manager readily moved us into the main building ) . The toilet in the other room didn't flush properly and the wi-fi in the so- called ' annex' didn't work - avoid!

We only had a short stay and the hotel was good value, the staff were very pleasant and helpful
