Very close to few restaurant (satay, tomyam,burger)

Very close to Mart (UC Mart operate from.morning.to 1 am)

Parking rate was Rm 3 per entry

Rm 100 for a room without window (cheapest)

Cons:

Pillow case bit yellowish
Pump flush button was stuck
Overall it was acceptable considering price only Rm100 per night (without window room)
