5 Stars in many ways
Pros:

Stayed there for 3 days, and I have to say, the customer service was professional, and the hotel itself was amazing. It was clean and very modern for someone who has visited a few hotels around the Pacific. Highly recommended

A lovely heritage hotel but with a focus on conference bookings.
Pros:

We were visiting Suva for the day and had hoped to go to the hotel for a nice lunch. However, when we arrived no restaurants were open as there was a huge conference going on there. The only place to eat for non conference clients was the Steamship bar where, luckily we were able to grab a table. As we were a little early for lunch we ordered some drinks. The service was extremely slow, even though the bar was not busy, and when my drink finally arrived my husbands beer had been forgotten. The tables were low so had we decided to go ahead and ordered food we would almost have been eating off our laps. We therefore decided not eat there after all. Such a shame as we had visited the lovey hotel several years ago and wanted to return for a nice experience. Tge focus really seems very much in conference bookings.
