l'hôtel est agréable. Des matins il y eu très tôt des bruits dans le couloir des chambres par le personnel, ce qui me réveillait le matin.
Le bassin de la piscine a besoin d'être nettoyé car les parois/murs sont lipeux, et de laisser en permanence les pompes fonctionner ce qui permettrait d'avoir une eau claire et propre.
il serait bien d'avoir une chaîne française a la TV.
Il n'est pas resonnable de demander au client de payer un verre cassé dont il n'est pas responsable et ni l'auteur.
Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre, il n'y a pas de jus de fruit. Tous les matins il a fallu réclamer quelque chose, fourchette, serviette de table, poivre, fruits absents de l'assiette, parfois le café qui était aussi absent, etc..

i had to turn off at night ,, not so comfortable sleeping as was very humid weather for the time of year
restaurant was either closed in the evening or closed after 1 hr of being open. get there early

TV only had a few local channels
The hotel is closest to Hagedorn Coliseum. It is highly recommended if there are events there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has two buildings; some guests may be assigned to the Annex building. The elevator is good and you can take stairs as an option.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning is available. Plated breakfast is available. There is a gym and pool.
I think the hotel becomes crowded when there is an event in the coliseum. There is an affordable laundry shop in the parking space and guests can just use it as an option. There is a small grocery 5 minutes away by walking.
Since many of us were staying in the hotel, we requested for more vegetables and fish for healthier breakfast. The staff made it possible and we appreciate it.
The hallways to the rooms are carpeted and look a bit old. But they are cleaned everyday.
It takes 15 minutes walk to a nearby good coffee shop but choices nearby are very limited. Puerto Princesa is a small city and you can easily book a car or motorbike to nearby malls or tourist spots.
10/10 would recommend the bed. We slept most of our stay 🤣

breakfast / food at the place was less good, much better to go to one of the shopping centers or other eating places. we had booked a transfer from the airport and got this confirmed by email but no one showed up, it's frustrating to stand in the heat and wait and the phone number they gave goes to some marketing people who of course weren't at work
I was given a room with outdated fittings and especially the bathroom was in very poor state of repair. The breakfast was quite poor and not fully operational when it opened at 6am. But it was cheap. Apparently some rooms have been refreshed but beware if you get an old outdated room
Cute hotel that is organized and run well. Has a restaurant there that we went to dinner at, which was good.
Breakfast was weird. We were told it was a buffet but each guest gets one shot glass of milk per person. Bizarre. No tea and no butter. Weird.
