The hotel didn’t have water supply and neither did they inform the guest. Very bad management.

i’d order for 2 king bed but you gave me 4 single beds..
i felt cheated..
you said swimming pool is included in the package but it’s not!!
i order for 4 adult but i’d got only 2 sachet of coffee
i request to your receptionist (girl) for coffee sachets but i didnt get it

Twrrible place to stay.Smelly. Not clean at all. Very-very poor service. Not recommended at all. Deceiving advertisement. No swimming pool in reality.

Not friendly staff especially maintenance team...

The room was dusty, light was not working, room too dark, bedsheet was stained, WC blocked , no water heater as claimed and deposit was not refunded at the counter upon checkout as promised

Room no wifi, aircond blowing normal air, toilet choked, bath showers weak water flow, bedsheets and blanket patches of yellow stains, no cable channel tv, poor quality cheap breakfast, power sockets no working , no toilet ventilation.

dissatisfied, already file a complaint. no wifi and insufficient of water supply at the basin.

Overall is ok. Shower water pressure slow and tv not function well.

When check in its very fast but the staff not give anything. Need to ask about air con and tv remote. If not asked them they will not give it to you. Password for hotel wifi also need to be ask. No hot water in the hotel. Tv just basic channel only.. Cannot suggest to other friends

Wrong informations were put on the web. When i asked the staff, they keep saying it happened before. Yet, nothing was done to correct the info

easy to park the car at the hotel. comfortable for family trip to stay there. really recommended for others to find hotels far from city crowded.

The rooms was cleaned and tidy. But very frustrated when their staff mention that no outdoor pool in the hotel.My family excited to stay in this hotel after viewed thru hotel.com website their beautiful pool. Please do some correction about the view summary pictures of this hotels.

Rooms did not cleaned by the housekeeping even sign of make up room published at the door. Aircond at room 1307 not working at 2nd night. Makes the room smell unpleasent. Food, the nuggets served was undercooked. No lift, but lot of goods motivational pictures at the stair.

The staff were excellent but the conditions of the hotel overall is poor.
