It was amazing worth room with the price. I took Executive Room and so so good. The full window bring new experience in Bandung got the city lights and city view. There’s sofa, refrigerator, dining table. You can request additional slice cake to celebrate birthday/ anniversary/ etc. Super recomended ✨

I stayed at Hotel California Bandung for 2 days and 1 night during a long weekend. Despite the high season, the room rate was still reasonable, offering good value for money.

Location
The hotel is strategically located and within easy reach of various attractions and necessities. If you need anything urgent, there’s a minimart just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient.

Room
The room was spacious and equipped with standard complimentary items like tea, coffee, and bottled water. It also had a mini fridge and a hairdryer, which are nice extras for a 3-star hotel.
However, the bathroom amenities could be improved—shampoo and soap were only provided in small bottles, which weren’t quite enough for two people. We had to request more. Also, possibly due to the hotel being an older building, the room didn’t feel very clean. There were stains on the bathroom wall, which definitely needs attention.

Service
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with parking assistance during the busy period.

Facilities
Facilities were quite basic. There’s no gym or swimming pool, and parking space is limited. However, the room features are great for a hotel in this category.

Overall
Despite a few drawbacks, I would still consider this hotel as one of my go-to options when staying in Bandung. It's a solid 3-star hotel with a lot of potential if cleanliness is improved.

The place was great, the staff was all nice and very accommodating. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious. Good food, and a good place. Cozy and pretty quiet since it's not located in a hectic area.

Good service, quality and food. So comfortable, I recommend you to stay here if you with your family and friends travel or trip to Bandung. California Hotel also has a strategic location in Bandung making it easier for you to find food, souvenir places and others.

I have stay for a few days and it feels so nice and so comfy. The location of the hotel is great. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. Will be back to this place soon!

Book 3 room 10-11 September 2022. Was my second stay in this Hotel since 2013.
The good things is room is very spacious.
Hotel is already more than 10 years but the building and room still in decent condition.
Breakfast have good variety and taste good.
Keep up with the good work, will came back again in future.

Toilet area was not properly clean and yellow stain around the tap area

Usually always chose to stay in resort type during our stay in Lembang/Bandung. But due to major holiday and almost all of our favorite hotels are fully occupied already, this is the next best one we can found.

Better than my initial expectation. if you are come for business not vacation, then Hotel California may be one good option for your consideration,

This hotel is situated abt 4km to 5km from the city centre, there are not many cafes and restaurants nearby this hotel where visitors can go for a meal esp if we arrived late at night. The wifi is slow and always disrupted when surfing the internet. The hotel do not even provide first time visitor like me with a city map of Bandung, they claim they run out of this.

My daughter n I enjoyed our stay at this hotel since its staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided were good, especially the delicious chicken porridge.
Definitely would love to stay there again whenever we visit Bandung in the future.
