Well managed property in a great spot
Pros:

The guy at reception was so helpful and kind! And the room was spotless. Great location too.

Cons:

I was under the impression I had booked Spinnaker Quays itself, but we were actually staying a couple of doors down at another property under the same management.

Convenient, Clean, Friendly Stay
Pros:

We stayed in two x 3 bedroom apartments side by side. It was fabulous, close to everything, in fact we never got in our cars the whole 3 nights staying there, we walked everywhere.

Cons:

We enjoyed everything!

Well first off. The apartment was false advertising. I assumed I had booked the apartment shown on booking.com (see below photos) and got one that was old and nothing like the photos(also below of what we actually got) I called the owner to ask if that was the right room and he was rude and said it’s booking.coms problem and he doesn’t know what photos they put up and to call them. So I called them and they said it’s the owners fault as that’s the photos they submitted. Tried calling the owner numerous times as was told
by booking they will refund me and cancel my booking so tried calling them numerous times and they wouldn’t answer, so had to stay at the run down property that was full of cockroaches. If I had of known I was getting that apartment I would have went elsewhere that looked fresh like the advertised photo.

Pros:

easy check in
small mix up with our room but the managers went above expectations to make sure we had a great stay and accommodated us very well.
location was great to surf club and beach entrances and the wharf, the esplanade.
peaceful as away from the hustle of a very busy main street (Australia day long weekend)
plenty of beach gear, fishing rods and paddle boards to borrow for the kids..
high car park for bigger vehicles
Managers very easy to deal with

originally not getting the room that we originally paid for but it worked out in the end

It’s a great location close to beach and shops but not in the sense high rise area. Lovely views to the canal and peaceful pool area. Air con in each room which is needed.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The manager went above and beyond to help me, extremely nice, the unit while a bit tired looking was comfortable and clean, the location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the shops and the road access was easy to navigate.

Cons:

Some of the fittings need to be updated in Unit 18.
