Location, cleanliness and very comfortable.
No complaints everything was great.
Access to the beach.
The unit was very dirty. Dust and dirt built up behind furniture in walk in robe and sand in one of the beds before it was used. The floor also felt dirty and sandy when we first arrived. There were no proper curtains in the main room which let light in at sunrise preventing any kind of sleep in. The door of the shower wouldn't close properly causing water to splash out on floor which has evidently damaged the furniture in the robe. The parking in the street is almost non existant. If you have more than one car or have visitors you will have an issue. We will not be booking this accommodation again. Definitely not worth the money.
The only thing I would have is a door chain lock or something similar. As I have a 2yr old that could reach the door handle and unlock the front door.

Location close to the beach but there are a lot of accommodation options near the beach which are probably in a better condition
Unit 11 was very run down. Curtains were very old and worn (holes developing) and in 2 of the bedrooms some of the hooks were missing. Blinds were also in a bad state. Tile flooring throughout which was particularly dirty in the living area. Couch and cushions were dirty and could do with a clean. The coffee table was positively dangerous with a glass top precariously balanced unattached on a very flimsy base. I advised the receptionist who said they hadn’t received any previous complaints but they really should be making sure themselves that the unit is in a safe and satisfactory state prior to renting it out. It is not good enough to rely on complaints to identify unsatisfactory conditions. The balcony had a table and chairs but again old and a couple worn to an
extent holes were developing in the fabric
covers. Disappointing accommodation which wasn’t cheap just unsatisfactory.

Lovely apartment rental with excellent location off the coastal boardwalk. The only minor annoyance was the poorly-running state of the bathroom sinks. Great little heated pool, kids loved it.

Great location, close to everything. The outside of the building and the garden/pool area were well maintained.
Interior of our apartment was dated and tired. The general fit-out was was cheap. Curtains not coving the whole main window. Mould in the ensuite. Mismatched utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. Dim lighting didn't help either.
