OZO Chaweng Samui

The hotel’s customer service is not good. The staff were impatient and not helpful at all. I had a very unpleasant experience, and I will not return to this hotel.

Very kind and helpful staff, I really loved my stay.
The buffet doesn’t have too many varieties, but there is plenty of food and everything is good.
The fruits were excellent, fresh and local.
Jet ski right in front of the hotel and beach volleyball were great.
Overall, a top experience at OZO Chaweng.

Went back to the hotel for a nightcap hotel bar was closed at 10.30 when we got back not very good wont be back here,every bar was open exept this one

very nice hotel, beach location perfect, staff extremely friendly! Mrs. Annie, Mrs. Koy, Mrs. Fern (!!!) , Ms. Beem and all other Staff, Ladys and Gents !, are so friendly!!! We like them all and want to say thank you for all! ! Food is good! we stayed the second time and we always enjoy coming back.

This is our third time staying at the OZO Samui, and as a frequent traveler, this place still impresses me. Every area of the hotel is scrupulously clean and tidy. The staff engage and are friendly, security is very good, and I feel that you can leave your things on a sunbed whilst going for a swim. This place is definitely driven by a good management team—not that I have seen them—but well done, fabulous stay so far.
If I had to be picky to balance things up, I would say the beach bar cocktails are not very good and could benefit from some training, as they appear to be very heavy-handed on the lime.

Nueng This guy is simply amazing. There is nothing like him and there will never be another like him. He touched my heart. He helped me with everything I needed. He helped me on Shabbat with everything. I keep Shabbat for everything I needed. He was there. There are no people like him. An amazing team. I enjoyed every moment!

The day we arrived we had to wait several hours for our hotel room after a travel of 15 h, this was a very disappointing first impression.
The staff are very nice and friendly and overall was our experience very good at the hotel apart from the room cleaning. We had two rooms which was cleaned at nearly 5 pm almost everyday in a 10 night visit. The cleaning lady’s were very friendly but forgetful as well, they forgot rags and their chips bags in our room after cleaning.

We had an amazing stay! The rooms were spotless and really comfortable. The food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had such a nice variety — the smoothies were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.

The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the hotel being right on the beach made it even more perfect.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Nueng, who truly stood out — he was always there to assist us with a smile and made our experience even better. He is amazing!

Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at OZO Chaweng Samui and would happily return.

Our room was very comfortable and beautifully designed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool. The pool area itself is excellent—spotlessly maintained, inviting, and a great place to relax. The drink specials available for guests were a nice added touch and made spending time by the pool even more enjoyable.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, and was consistently fresh and well presented. The hotel’s location is another major highlight—perfectly situated with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities nearby. The hotel also offers bike rentals, which is a great option; however, I’d recommend booking day by day depending on your plans. Given how much there is to see around the area, you may not need to rent a scooter.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely kind, but I would especially like to recognize Nickki at the front desk. Her service truly stood out—she has an exceptional understanding of customer service and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel cared for. Whether it was greeting us with a warm smile or checking in to make sure our stay was going well, her attention and professionalism made a real difference.

Thank you to the entire OZO Chaweng Samui team for such a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at OZO Koh Samui. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, modern, and pleasant, you can really feel that everything is well managed and cared for down to the details.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything, which makes the stay very easy and relaxing.

One of the biggest highlights is the staff, who are incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you to Annie and Nickie, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. They truly made the stay even more enjoyable.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Ozo was amazing. Location was great and staff was friendly. Fern, Billy, Nut, and Jeab were the best - friendly, engaging,, and sweet. They made us feel like we belong. Excellent customer service with nothing but professionalism. Fern exceeded our expectations. True epitome of customer service.

Had a great 9 night stay at the hotel. Hotel is clean & tidy. Rooms are not massive but we aren’t people to spend a lot of time in them.

Staying at OZO was an absolute delight from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and the warm hospitality that makes Thailand so special. The team — especially Billy, Fern, Jeab, and Nene — went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their kindness and positive energy truly made my stay unforgettable.
The pool area was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim under the tropical sun. I loved relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon, surrounded by palm trees and the soothing sound of waves in the distance.
The beach bar was a highlight — vibrant yet relaxing, with great cocktails, chilled music, and a breathtaking sunset view over the ocean. It felt like pure paradise, the perfect place to end each day.
OZO embodies everything wonderful about Thai culture: warmhearted service, peaceful charm, and an authentic sense of hospitality. I left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return!

Stayed here for 8 nights and had a great experience! The rooms are comfortable and the Staff across the front office, housekeeping and restaurants are super attentive and friendly.
The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic cause you have access to a Nice Beach (The Best of Koh Samui) and near of Central Mall.
