Te esperas más de un 5 estrellas ya no decir de un GL

El desayuno está bien pero no es fabuloso. Te traen cosas pero no puedes mirar en una carta. El restaurante muy caro para la calidad ya que deja mucho que desear. Por ejemplo la espaldita de cordero que pedí venía sin ninguna salsa ni decoración y costaba unos 34e creo recordar.
El hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy pobres y muy poco personal.

Reasonable without being excellent
Pros:

Rooms extremely clean and comfortable beds

Cons:

Breakfast was good but not outstanding for a 5 star hotel and the outdoor pool is open but NOT heated in winter (disappointing).

La ubicación y el intento de los empleados en dar servicio

Cons:

La habitación que me quisieron dar y que rechacé. No había calefacción en la primera habitación y en la segunda no había agua caliente la segunda noche con lo que nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría
