Very well situated & quiet hotel far from the hussle and noisy main bazar Paharganj. Manager & staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

Good budget hotel with fairly clean rooms. I asked to have a late check-out and they charged me half the room rate which I thought was expensive!

Depuis 2015, donc 10 ans, je séjourne très régulièrement dans cet hôtel. J'en suis donc très satisfait. Le personnel est professionnel, les chambres confortables à ce prix et propres. L'environnement de Paharganj peut rebuter certains mais l'hôtel est proche d'une grande avenue par laquelle accéder si vous ne voulez pas passer par le dédale des ruelles de Paharganj. On y trouve tous les magasins et services utiles ; les moyens de transport ne sont pas très éloignés.

Hotel was in an okay location however in a run down area and is about 25 minutes walk from the train station. Staff were attentive to your needs at any hour. Food is okay however I would recommend venturing out and not relying on the convenience of their food service. Have to request to turn on hot water, which is a hit and miss, more miss than hit. It is very cold in the rooms, and the AC wasn’t working. Blankets were terrible and clearly dirty. Small improvements could go a long way to improve the overall experience. For a budget holiday, it does the job, don’t expect anything 5 star for the price you pay.

Il est situé dans Paharganj, mais pas dans au coeur des ruelles, à quelques mètres d'une grande avenue, mais sans bruit, à distance raisonnable des moyens de transports (une gare, 2 lignes de métro). Les chambres sont propres, le wifi est bon. Les repas peuvent être servis en chambre (plus sur le toit terrasse malheureusement).

Second avis car 2 séjours séparés par 3 nuits (et autre catégorie de chambre). Please do not book this property there is no 24 hours hot water, no AC and top of that the receptionist guy was rude and mannerless was talking to a lady too like a mental case. And repeatedly asked me to cancel room at 10.30 pm and ask refund from expedia. Request Expedia to remove this hotel ppl will definitely end up cancellung it and asking for refund.

What the review on the website does not say is that this property is in the middle of the slums of Delhi.
We got to our room and no AC. Sheets were used, floor dirty. They had left a pair of used flip flops for us to use. A plastic bucket for use to fill with water so that we could shower. The door lock did not work, so door had to be propped with sofa in room.
Every time we would open our room door, guys would come out to see who it was. Very disturbing experience over all.

Btw, Uber had to drop off in the closest Main Street as they could access the hotel since it was inside a slum.

The staff is very attentive, excellent but around the property the place is very dirty

Basic hotel, not far from New Delhi railway station, good for a short stay

Decent hotel near to New Delhi railway station and metro. Thesurrounding area is a bit cahotic, but it-s good for 1-2 nights.

Hotel staff were very nice, but the hotel is just in a very dirty alley between sangtrashan and DB Gupta road, from which you constantly feel a little unsafe especially after dark. Very good location for the New Delhi train station, but Arakashan road or Main Bazaar are closer and feel more safe!

Reservamos una habitación para 4 personas y en el momento de hacer chekín nos dijeron que 2 habitaciones, nos tocó decir que nos respetarán la reserva.

４日間滞在しました。初日10時くらいに到着しましたが、チェックイン時間前にも関わらず部屋を用意してくれたり、最終日もフライトが深夜だったのでチェックアウト後も荷物を無料で預かってくれました。親身に対応してくれるホテルです。

Stayed for 4 days, arriving at 10am before check-in, the hotel served a room for me, also after checking-out they still keep my luggage. Staffs are really kind.

Ich war sehr zufrieden in diesem Hotel. Verlangt nach zimmern in der oberen etage, diese sind besser als im EG.
