Where to start. We had booked a hotel transfer, and when we arrived at the airport domestic terminal, we were forced to walk to the international terminal for pick-up in very hot conditions with young children. The transfer person/driver wasn't even a person from the hotel. All this is a service we paid $25us for, so it was a poor start to our experience.

Check in went ok and the service desk was ok. The actual hotel staff on the day were nice, courteous and helpful.

Now the room. It was very worn and had seen better days. The room was dirty and we found a condom wrapper under the bed on the first day. Yuck. Then the beds were hard and uncomfortable with tears in the linen. The baby cot we requested was unusable, it was old the mattresswas hard like wood and it was damaged, possibly making it unsafe for an infant to be in . Then the bathrooms, they we ok until we wanted a warm/hot shower or bath. We had to run the water for 15+ minutes before any sort of hot water would emerge. We also found window latches broken, The room for a 2 bedroom family apartment was also very poorly equipped.

Plus also a big note. No pool.

Other notes. If your expecting any sort of sleep in during the week, you won't get it. The primary school right next door is very loud most of the day, then there is the road noise mixed into all that as well. Then on weekends the school is quite but the night club across the road kicks in and that loud in a whole other way.

So we wont stay there again.

This hotel did not live up to the photographs or the description. It is very tired and worn, not what we expected. Breakfast was very basic. We only stayed one night and then moved to another hotel.

The room is very very spacious for the price. Nice and quiet and the service is really good.

The location is great but the hotel is very old, the facilities are worn out. The biggest problem was the water pressure in the shower, the first night there was very very little water coming out of the shower and there was NO HOT WATER. After we complained there were a bit more water coming out but the water stopped a few times when i was taking the shower, so i had to wait a few minutes to continue my shower until the water comes out.

Stayed well. Location is good and room price is reasonable. I extend one more day here. Nice !

Very noisy, inside and out. School nextdoor yelling at 7am, guests stomping and yelling in hallways past 3am. Refrigerator bagging all night. Air-conditioning barely keeping up. Safe broken. Bathroom fefurb already moldy. Cheap DIY Shower Head for shower complete with moldy shower curtain. This was my Hotels.com Gold VIP Upgraded Room! Had to demand the advertised airport shuttle from management as staff denied twice.

Very disappointed. The orange juice dispenser had insects inside it. Luckily My friend was able to stop me before I consumed it. Twin Bedroom apartment did not look like pictures. Description said it comes with oven but they did not supply it when requested. Rooms were very dusty. Reception security sleeping on the job each night.

Clean, located at center. Comfort. Good for family vacation. Provide kitchen ware

It was not communicated to us at any stage that we were sleeping above a nightclub. Imagine the horror of three nights of pounding music until 3:30am with no warning. The bathroom was ok although there was mould in the grout. The room and corridor outside our room smelt like cigarette smoke. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was barely edible. Breakfast was the same. H tv e cooked food was overcooked and dry even at 6:00am. And the final straw was the cockroach crawling across our table at breakfast. The only positive of the whole motel was Johnny who was very helpful.

There is a nightclub on the ground floor of the hotel. We had a room on Floor 1. The music was loud enough to shake the windows until 2:00am. The next night I asked to move to a room on a higher floor. I had to pay an upgrade fee to move rooms to the 6th floor since they didn’t have any other rooms of my type available. I could still hear the music on the 6th floor but it wasn’t loud enough to keep us up.

The service was great! People were very friendly, accommodating and willing to help. As anywhere in SE Asia, walls are paper thin, and the night club down stairs made it quite difficult to sleep.

Was very comfortable and spacious, and the hotel staff were very friendly! We enjoyed our stay there!

Pros:
1. Staff and interaction is good. There is always someone at the front desk.
2. Location, walking distance to all sites in District 1.
3. Space of the apartment is great.
4. Value for money. If you are traveling with a family budget is a great option.

Cons:
1. The pictures and the expectations of the property need to be change. The place is run down.
2. The restaurant and buffet are a let down. It looks unsanitary. My family had breakfast (bread and waffles), but it was more out of necessity. I didn’t stomach myself to eat there.
3. Like other reviews have mention the noise level from the street at all hours is everyday. Didn’t bother me but I had to mention it.

Don’t get me wrong our stay was pretty good. We had everything we need it for what we paid for. Ho Chi Minh District one is pretty noisy but we made the decision to stay close to the sites to avoid taking taxis so we knew it will be noisy and the property would not be 5 stars.

The property is next to a school and a bar/club. All day, there is loud noise from the school. All night, there is loud noise from the bar/club

Is a little noisy during the day probably near school.
The breakfast served has great room for improvement.

The hotel is fine, but the nightclub at street level IS NOT. That’s right - there’s a nightclub at the bottom of the hotel and you will hear bass late into the night (we were on the 6th floor), even during the week until midnight. If you’re partiers, perhaps this is a selling point, but as visitors we liked going to bed early and waking up early.

The hotel itself is okay - you’re probably overpaying but the location and space is just fine. Breakfast isn’t the best I’ve had but the patio space on the 8th floor makes up for the average food.

Overall, based solely on the booming of bass until midnight during the week (and 2am on Friday/Saturday), I can’t recommend staying here again and caution all others that staying on a higher floor won’t necessarily lessen what you hear.

This hotel is perfect for those who want free music and bass until 2am. This is definitely not for family at all. There's a night club that operates until 2am next door. You can hear the music, and the bass shaking up your room until 2am.

Not to mention, this hotel is famous for overbooked, I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, but ended up getting a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom instead for my stay. (4 adults and 1 infant)

It's also very sad that Hotels.com didn't do anything about it or inform us prior to the arranged room not being available to us anymore. My 2 elderly ended up with 1 single foldable bed each.

The hotel offers a good set of breakfast for the guests.
