Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is comfortable and the menu is excellent if a bit limited. And the location, on Notre Dame's campus, is the best in the world.

Cons:

Not much. I noticed that the only room service was for breakfast. But that might have just been a missing menu in my room. It would also be nice to remind guests that they can tip for housekeeping at checkout.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Stayed at the Morris Inn for a night with my family. Hands down every employee interaction was phenomenal. Room was clean and enjoyed the coffee shop just outside of their lobby.

Will definitely try to come back and stay again!

Pros:

Morris Inn is the most peaceful place to stay.
It always smells so clean and everyone who stays here always smiles and says hello. It’s worth every penny.

It was quite an average stay.
Pros:

The room was neat and clean. It is perfect for people visiting the Notre Dame campus. Everything is nearby, so location is one of the key reasons to be here.

Cons:

The service was not good. Room check-in was late, and the front desk staff were not polite (at least to me). Had it not been for the conference, which was held at the university, I would have preferred to stay at a good 5-star hotel rather than a basic one.

Nice hotel that is very popular
Pros:

Location and facilities are great!

Cons:

Access to the Rohr’s restaurant was a bit weird for dinner. When I asked for a table for 4, I was told it would be a 1.5hour wait. I then checked on open table and booked a 4-top for a seating in 5min…. In the end we got to eat a nice dinner, but that interaction was odd.
