Excellent staff! Just had one issue - the bathroom smelled badly, from the drain , a lot of the time.

Excelente hotel para disfrutar Oaxaca. Los desayunos incluidos exquisitos. La localización no puede ser mejor. El personal muy atento y cooperador. La agencia de viajes que está en hotel nos ayudó a coordinar traslados y tour. Nuestro chofer, el señor Pedro, fue excepcional. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

I don’t ever leave reviews normally . But this particular place the staff was very attentive and courteous. The last day there I got hurt the staff all tended to me as if I were family . They showed true compassion. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

Great breakfast and great staff all-around. One of a handful of places downtown that has a treadmill and bike … but remember to leave the door open, or you’ll get some heat training in along with the altitude!

The breakfast is included and it's amazing! They just need to clean the restrooms better, around the toilet close to the floor ! but in general it's really good ! excellent location and staff are very friendly and helpful !

I was impressed with my stay here, to begin they offered a delicious complimentary breakfast which is a complete breakfast, beverage, fruit/bread, and a main dish. All the staff provided us with excellent service. I also loved the location of our hotel very close to everything. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Oaxaca.

Kind staff and a comfortable atmosphere. You can easily walk to many local shops, restaurants and bars. A convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Everyone there was wonderful. From the front desk staff who recommended a yummy tacos spot late at night, to the people who served breakfast, to the solo female bartender at the pool, we would stay here again in our next Oaxaca trip. Location was excellent. About a 10 min walk to most everywhere we wanted. Lots of shopping in the area. Room was clean and AC was cold! The hallways smelled wonderful. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. Thank you everyone for making us feel so taken care of.

The room was nice, and it is in a great location. There is a travel agency inside that helped me book a trip to Monte Alban, and it was great. The free breakfast is wonderful! I did not use the gym but several people used it everyday. The view from the roof is great. The central area called Zocalo is an easy walk. There are shops and restaurants and ATMs nearby. There is a pharmacy right across the street. The staff was friendly. It can be noisy at night but I could always sleep through it, and it was mainly in Saturday. The pool on the roof seemed nice, but I did not get to use it. I would stay here again.
