I like the privacy where off the beaten path. There’s no vendors hassling you to buy their wear.
Pros:

I like that we’re right on the beach. I wish the shoreline had more sand.

Cons:

The property is 90 years old and it’s showing its age. The grass needs mowed. The maintenance has been neglected.

It is a good value for the money and generally peaceful place to stay.
Pros:

I like the location, waterfront and General peacefulness. Some of the staff speak English which was helpful. I like the old world charm of the place.

Cons:

Every night the card lock on my door had to be looked at by maintenance. Who just reprogrammed it each time instead of dealing with the internal issue. On the last night, the maintenance person took the lock apart and apparently fixed the issue. There was a wedding on the property one day and they played loud music that thumped through the walls well into the night. This made it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

La vista excepcional desde la habitación al mar, muy buena comida en el restaurante

Cons:

Exceso de ruido con bocinas de los huéspedes contiguos a mi habitación.... gritos, palabras antisonantes. ... falta de vigilancia por parte del hotel y hacer que se respete el derecho del resto de los huéspedes de un lugar de descanso, sobre todo por las noches...

Me arruinaron la luna de miel
Pros:

El trato de el personal hay que reconocer es muy atento.

Cons:

No me respetaron mi reservación, pedí cama king size era mi luna de miel y me dieron un cuarto doble, en el último rincón, sinceramente mi peor experiencia en un hotel, pague una habitación y me dieron otra jamás volveré a ese hotel

No hay camastros, hay sillas muy incómodas en el exterior, no había toallas de alberca y no querían prestarnos mas toallas.

Not a great stay, but a wonderful subject for photo essays.
Pros:

The location right by the beach, even though the beach itself was average at best. Having said that, the property grounds are a great subject for stunning photography if you know where to look.

Cons:

This hotel is well past its prime and it shows. The structure itself is rundown, almost dilapidated in some spots. The amenities are lacking to put it nicely.
