Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open air and therefore can be very hot, but the food is well prepared and very tasty. Rooms were very clean and well maintained.

Room ok - see bedroom photo. However there was NO hair dryer available in request. POOR OPTION Breakfast was small glass of juice, small cup of coffee, two in edible small white bread toast, pre margarine spread without asking, and thinly spread with mixed jam, all done by behind counter staff, instead of by customer. NO fruit. NO cereal 😡

Very pleasant stay. Went sight unseen and was not disappointed. Great location.

Amazing wifi, breakfast and staff. The gym downstairs was also great. The room was clean and always had hot water and pressure.
The beach is about 2km’s so transportation is nice to have. Highly recommend.

Two out of three taxi drivers were unable to find the place without phoning for directions. The hotel has no front door, and the front desk is open to the dirt road alley at the entrance. There are nine hotel rooms. There was no room service. Wifi mostly works OK. Breakfast was included, but started at 8:30 am, which was too late for me. The best thing about the hotel was the nice supermarket (by Indian standards) to the left and the well-equipped gym to the right (access included in the hotel, although it was only open 6am to 1pm.

100% perfect for families with good sightseeing.

This hotel desperately needs a new and effective manager. It is in a good location and has the potential to be good as rooms (other than 201) are good size. However, it needs a massive clean and paint and faults rectified. We had no hot water for almost 3 days, there were filthy marks on the walls and generally the place was the worst hotel we have stayed in for years and years. All this could be sorted. The floors were filthy, the bedding needs to be replaced, the drains need cleaning....I could go on. The hotel is basically run and cleaned by some young boys who have no oversight. The floor to our room and the shower/bathroom drains were disgusting. The waiter in the restaurant never cleaned tables unless asked ( and even then just wiped the much around) despite having nothing else to do and was exceptionally lazy, and the room boy, three times in a week hadn't even emptied the bins never mind cleaned. The plus points were however, they have a great tandoori chef who does the best chicken tikka and cauliflower tikka we ate in 6 weeks, the spa is excellent, the gym is really good - just the hotel is awful.

Decent room - but very noisy as the restaurant that has a busy kitchen bang opposite rooms 205 & 206. All rooms are on same floor as the restaurant. No soundproofing and loose door so could hear all the kitchen noise- worse in evenings at dinner time! Slow wifi and no TV channels. Meagre breakfast. No room safe. Supermarket just next door is convenient but has a very grumpy owner so better to use other local shops - nice bakery just up the road. Dodgy loose wiring in bathroom (see picture)

It was marvelous stay and the service which provided was extremely good

We reached hotel at around 6 pm on the day of our booking and were told that all the rooms in the hotel were occupied. This was surprising since we had booked the rooms in advance through Hotels.com. However, we did not get any such prior information from Hotels.com. The hotel staff was accommodating and professional enough to offer us an apartment instead of the room at the same cost as that of the room.
This deal was fair for us but I would like to point out lack of service attitude from Hotels.com

I booked through Hotels.com but when I reached the hotel I was told that all rooms are occupied. They were considerate enough to accommodate me in a 2 BHK flat which was good enough for me and my friends. However, I never got a call regarding room occupancy from Hotels.com which left the experience somewhat bitter on the bookings side of things.

Jag trivdes mycket bra och har redan bestämt att återvända. För den badsugna kan avståndet till havet vara ett problem. Du promenera dock dit på 15-20 min. En mycket positiv överraskning var att det fanns ett gym i anslutning till hotellet. Detta ingick i hotellpriserna
