Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

I booked this place on fairly short notice and was not disappointed! The location of this hotel was really great, it was within walking distance of TONS of restaurants and things to do, and not too far from a train station. The staff was very friendly as well. The rooms were clean and the bathtub was huge!

Cons:

My only complaint would be that the room wasn't soundproof and due to it's central location I could hear quite a bit of noise from the street at night. It didn't keep me awake but something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again though and overall a very nice hotel!

Very good hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location is amazing, and the hotel is great. Next to the main shopping and hundreds of restaurants and bars

Wysoka cena, za to zapach rosołu i hałas w pokoju gratis.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja blisko pasaży handlowych. Bardzo czysto. Przestronny pokój. Wygodne materace futon.

Cons:

Zen garden totalnie nieużyteczny, bo nad nim znajduje się wyciąg przemysłowej wentylacji, więc zamiast zen dostajesz potężny hałas i kuchenne zapachy. W dodatku przedostają się do pokoju. Ściany chyba są z papieru, bo można wyraźnie słyszeć rozmowy osób w pokoju obok. O 3 w nocy z piątku na sobotę ktoś próbował z hukiem dostać się do nie swojego pokoju; obsługa nie reagowała przez pół godziny. Obudził całe piętro. Za to w niedzielę o od 8:30 rano na korytarzu huczał odkurzacz. Czy wspominałam papierowe ściany?

Comfortable stay!
Pros:

The hotel is clean, neat and well maintained. Best part is the extremely helpful, responsive and friendly staff. Special thanks to Takata. It’s in a good location - short walk to Gion, close to bus stops and a couple of subway stations and many shops and convenience stores, including a 7-11 right around the corner. Also walking distance from Nishiki market. They also offer luggage transfer service (Takkyubin), which is helpful.

Cons:

The double room is very small and not convenient for two people. I was alone so was able to manage. This is probably the only negative point of this hotel, also given the high prices.

A warm inviting atmosphere
Pros:

The foyer had side room with large tables
Were you could meet with family or friends or business partners and have a meeting or meal. Cold/ hot water and a microwave were supplied. Our basics were also available toothbrush/ razors/wash cloths,etc.

Cons:

Staff were a bit hesitant or not experienced enough to suggest tours

Habitación doble muy pequeña, muy bien ubicada.
Pros:

Hotel bien ubicado en medio de toda la oferta de ocio, cultural, comercial y gastronómica. Debajo del hotel hay un 7 eleven y parada de autobús. A 7 minutos hay parada de metro. En la segunda planta hay 2 lavadoras y dos secadoras. En recepción hay un dispensador de agua.

Cons:

La habitación doble es muy pequeña. Unos 13m2 en los que justo cabe una cama de 150x190 pegada a la pared, un mini baño como el del camarote de un barco y un mueble sobre el que cabe una maleta pequeña abierta. Por la noche puede resultar un poco ruidoso. La habitación tiene una pequeña ventana traslúcida, no se puede ver el exterior y entra muy poca luz natural.
