Amazing hopsitality and staff, we will seek out more of thier hotels because our stay was amazing!!

This was one of the best hotels we stayed on our 3 week trip. Extremely kind and attentive staff. Amazing amenities and tons of activities to do.

Cons:

Everything was perfect except for one small issue. The drink lounge would have a very unpleasant smell, i am assuming from the beer dispenser and curry being in the same vicinity. A very small issue

I checked into Anda no Mori Osaka Tennoji Tower, but the housekeeping staff did not remove the garbage I placed next to the trash bin. I had already put the trash in a plastic bag and left it beside the bin, but unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not take it away. This is very unreasonable.



Anda no Mori Osaka Tennoji Towerに宿泊しましたが、清掃スタッフがゴミ箱の横に置いたゴミを回収してくれませんでした。私はゴミをビニール袋に入れてゴミ箱の横に置いておいたのですが、残念ながら清掃員が回収してくれず、とても不合理だと思います。





我入住Anda no Mori Osaka Tennoji Tower後，清潔員工沒有清理我放在垃圾桶旁邊的垃圾。我已將垃圾裝進膠袋，並放在垃圾桶旁，可惜清潔員工並沒有拿走，這樣處理十分不合理。

Locatie was super! En er zijn veel faciliteiten. Alles is aanwezig en voor kids een feest!

Cons:

Kamer was heel krap voor 3 personen. Erg gehorig en veel geluidjes van ventilatie etc.
Light diner ‘s avonds was geen hoogtepunt en ik vond het op sommige plekken niet schoon, vloer plakt, vieze tafels etc. Komt vooral door de gasten zelf.

Pros:

Pretty short walk to Tennoji station so good for navigating Osaka. Love the free beer included in the lobby and Karaoke area as well as at night after dinner hour. The rooms were decent despite being small, but this isn't a hotel you go to when you plan to spend tons of time in the room. The other amenities were also pretty great and I could tell it was kid friendly yet I never once had the feeling that kids were disrupting the fun of single or couple visitors of which I was one.

Cons:

Room had no explanation for A/C controls or anyway that I could tell to really cool it down. If they had something in English to explain it or a way to actually cool the room down so it wasn't so hot even in March that would have been superb.
