The owner is such a sweetheart, always there with a smile 😀 offering her help in so many ways, really feels like home, I was allowed to cook in the kitchen they invited me for some family dinners, always asking me if I would need something

Je reviendrais a chaque fois que je suis dans le coin. Jetais venu pour 2 nuits je suis restè plus de 15 jours

Siamo partiti da Da Nang al mattino presto con l'intenzione di prendere un traghetto dal porto di Hoi An per raggiungere Cham Island, ma a causa del maltempo il nostro traghetto non è partito. Abbiamo quindi dovuto disdire le due notti prenotate sull’isola e abbiamo deciso di cercare una sistemazione a Hoi An. Spinti dalle ottime recensioni, questa volta invece di un hotel abbiamo scelto un B&B di nome Kino.

Siamo arrivati alle 10 del mattino e, appena 20 minuti dopo aver prenotato, la signora ci ha accolto subito e, dopo solo 15 minuti, ci ha consegnato la camera.
La stanza sembrava quella di un hotel a 3 stelle: davvero accogliente, non mancava nulla, nemmeno gli spazzolini.

Nei dintorni ci sono spiagge attrezzate e, se ci si presenta a nome della struttura, non fanno pagare lettino e ombrellone.
Un giorno ci ha persino accompagnati in centro per fare shopping e ci ha portato a mangiare in un locale tipico.
Il giorno successivo è venuta a trovarci in spiaggia con il marito, per passare un po’ di tempo con noi e invitarci a una grigliata con la loro famiglia e altri due ospiti.

Siamo stati davvero bene, ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia.
Peccato solo che io non potessi esprimermi perché non parlo inglese, ma mia moglie lo ha fatto anche per me.

Devo davvero ringraziare queste persone, perché ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.

Все было круто, наш номер был чистым. Из балкона открывался красивый вид, а когда был дождь вид был потрясающий. В 5 минутах ходьбы находился пляж. А в шаговой доступности был маркет - винмарт, закупались там.

What a lovely hosts! I felt really comfortable. The room was big, nice and clean. You walk 5 minutes to the beach. Direct next the property is a shop, so you can buy whatever you need. The lovely hosts also offered me a late check out so I don’t have to wait for an evening bus outside. I can only recommend this Homestay!

Thau was an extremely generous and kind host. She and I did yoga together every morning. She also did my laundry for me for free, along with fed me a lovely lunch. Her and her family were kind and respectful. The space was very big and walking distance to everything (supermarket, beach, restaurants and shops!).

Thau's brother owns a beach restaurant on Cua Dai beach and they offer Ki No guests free sun beds. Normally they cost about 50k-100k. So it's a nice perk! Also love that you can refill your water with their filter. They keep the place very clean and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

I’m super happy to have found this place! It’s perfect for what I was looking for. The homestay is beautiful, clean and spacious. The rooms are well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts who run the place are super lovely, attentive and always want to make sure you're comfortable. And the location is perfect if you want to stay close to the beach. It’s only about 2 mins walk from a nice beach. You can also find plenty of restaurants, some small shops and a morning outdoor market that sells fresh fruit etc all nearby. Couldn't have asked for more!

Host was super friendly, room is simple and has everything you need. Amazing price-quality value. Host even gave as free Bahn Mi sandwiches when we checked out, which was super cute!

Amazingly kind owners who sorted all of our needs. we rented bikes at a really good price and they gave good travel recommendations as well. I would highly recommend.
