Space isn’t fully family functional.. needs brooms in rooms…door didn’t seal properly. Staff was friendly and efficient

Our room was very muggy from moisture because the door wouldn’t seal properly. The mattresses were very thin and not comfortable. You would think with it being a beach location there would be a broom to sweep up sand and dirt so you don’t track it everywhere and that was not the case. We have a toddler and had to move some furniture around to even fit a pack and play in a double queen bedroom. Also, there was no proper showerhead in our room either.

This was a wonderful hotel. Price was great staff very friendly and rooms clean. I would definitely stay here again.

It was pretty much what we expected.
Pros:

We've stayed at the Chincoteague Inn many times over the last 40 years. It is one of the best deals for the price. They have a nice pool, but no free breakfasts. The location is in walking distance of many restaurants, stores, and activities.

Cons:

The refrigerator and microwave were located in the bathroom, so you couldn't access them when somebody was using the bathroom.

We had a really good week and room was all we needed.
Pros:

My husband's usual comment is "it's ok". Well he said "I really like this mattress". Our son and his family stayed at a house 5 minutes away so the hotel was convenient and we love Capt. Zacks Restaurant, across the street. Room was very clean.

Can't think of anything negative.
