Great location easy to get to with luggage, room was good and clean, beds comfy, continental breaky good, and use of the microwave at night was good.
Only issue was bathroom needs a shelf for personal items.
Price is inexpensive. Location is convenient and close to the city by train
The staff at the check-in wasn’t quite professional. Lift is old - when the lift arrives at the floor, you had to manually hit the door open button to get the doors open. TV connection didn’t work - kept saying “weak signal”. Bathroom isn’t quite clean

Was convenient and comfortable.
Room was in a dead end corridor with the laundry at the other end. Had an odour. Low level noise during the night.
Location to the airport. Free continental breakfast was good. Beds were super comfortable and so were the pillows.
Bathroom wasn’t clean. There was mould on the shower screen and bottom of bath was dirty. Also around the toilet did not look very clean. Carpet looked damaged or stained in places.
The damp smell was overwelming in the entire hotel. Complained to staff who told us tgey didn't notice the smell. Obviously be well versed in telling customers this.

The room was well kitted out and had everything that travelers would need (bar fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer) for a short stay in Sydney.
The staff at reception were helpful and polite and kindly agreed to store our luggage prior to check-in so that we could explore Sydney. The elevator was a great help to get luggage up 2 flights of stairs.
The air-conditioning was a huge bonus in both cooling temperatures and acting as white noise.
The lady in the breakfast area was abrupt & rude to everyone, as many guests have commented, so management should look at that.
The hotel is regrettably in a noisy area and the walls in the hotel don't absorb noise from other guests but the air-conditioner certainly helped.
The carpets are a bit tired and torn in places.
The airport shuttle needs to be booked and Uber was a cheaper and quicker option

Price for transportation from the airport. Cost more for 4 people to take the hotel bus than it did to take a Taxi.
Had all you need for a comfortable stay, walkable to dining areas and train. Staff welcoming and friendly.
