The staff were exceptional. We were 3 elderly sisters travelling together and they went out of their way to help and support us. Staying there was the highlight of our Vietnam travels. We stayed there for 3 nights initially, then headed to Cam Pha, but returned there for our last 2 nights. It felt like coming home. Jennie booked us an amazing day on a luxurious Ha Long Bay cruise and was helpful with everything. Justin and the other staff were amazing too. The actual rooms were on the small side, but were clean and comfortable and didn’t detract from the experience. The buffet breakfast was great too, as was the location in the old part of the city and close to a beautiful lake.

Minha estadia no Emerald Waters Classy Hotel foi simplesmente perfeita. Desde o momento em que cheguei, fui recebido com uma hospitalidade genuína e uma atenção aos detalhes que faz toda a diferença.
O quarto é extremamente confortável, moderno e silencioso, garantindo noites de sono excelentes. A limpeza é impecável! O café da manhã também merece destaque: uma variedade incrível de opções frescas e deliciosas, misturando o melhor da culinária local e ocidental.
A equipe do hotel é, sem dúvida, o ponto alto. Todos são muito atenciosos, educados e proativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. A localização também é imbatível, permitindo explorar os principais pontos turísticos e a agitação da cidade com muita facilidade.
Aproveitei para utilizar os serviços extras e não me arrependi. A massagem agendada pelo hotel foi revigorante e de altíssimo nível. O restaurante também é fantástico, com pratos muito bem executados. Além disso, reservei o passeio para Halong Bay diretamente com eles e a organização foi impecável, com um suporte total que me deixou muito seguro.
Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca conforto, serviço de classe e uma localização estratégica. Com certeza voltare.i

The staff were very helpful. They supplied us with towels to shower after a long sweaty day before taking the sleeper bus. They also helped to talk to the bus driver in Vietnamese when there was a change in the shuttle pick-up.
