Foi incrível!
O atendimento foi maravilhoso do início ao fim. Antes de ir para a viagem o próprio hotel entrou em contato e ofereceu passeios pelo Vietnã. Eles deram todo o suporte não só para a estadia, como também para ir para Halong Bay (Taliya Cruise foi maravilhoso) e Ninh Binh. Eles tbm me ajudaram a comprar passagens para o ônibus noturno para ir e voltar de Sapa. A e não tive problemas com relação a língua, tive todo o suporte em inglês pelos funcionários.
O quarto estava limpo e a cama é muito boa. Além disso o isolamento acústico é excelente, considerando a localização no Old quarter as ruas são bastante barulhentas. Mas dentro do quarto era extremamente silencioso, permitindo descansar e ter uma excelente noite de sono.
O restaurante do hotel também é ótimo! Extremamente conveniente para quem não quer sair para procurar um lugar para comer.
Sobre a localização, o Old quarter é um local bastante agitado, com muitos bares e restaurantes. Se você gosta de uma muvuca é um local ótimo! Tem bastante vida noturna, é bem próximo do lago e cheio de estrangeiros.

Os quartos são um pouco antigos e escuros, mas a equipe é fantástica! Nunca nos hospedamos em um hotel cuja equipe fosse tão atenciosa, solícita e simpática. Fomos muito bem acolhidos.

Velmi vstřícný a milý hotelový personál. Jennie zajistila bezchybně požadované výlety.
Menší hotel ve staré čtvrti, ale v klidné ulici.
Balená voda , čaj a káva na pokoji zdarma.

Super. Świeże kwiaty. Fantastyczny, ciepły, troskliwy personel. Gdy był problem z odbiorem nas przez autobus cudowna pani z recepcji i pan z obsługi zawieźli nas do autobusu własnymi skuterami. Pięknie dziękujemy. Jenny-menadżerka troskliwa i uważna. Moja żona z okazji urodzin otrzymała prezent. Dziękujemy ciepło.

All staff members went out of their way to assist with queries and make us feel comfortable. Location was close to the lake which is great for runners.

Cons:

Breakfast options for vegans were quite limited. It would be great to offer oat milk and plant-based margarine so vegans can at least have cornflakes and something to put on the bread.
