Pros:

Great hotel in the heart of Paris. Even the suites were small but the two-story design was clever and innovative for a room.

The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

We spent 2 nights here in the Duplex room. We were escorted to our room by the receptionist who showed us where the breakfast room was and what times it was available. When in the room she showed us how to use all the lights and electric curtains and then left us to get ready for dinner.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them to do. The breakfast area was small and a fairly small selection but all very nice and clearly high quality produce and freshly squeezed fruit juice.
The hotel was fairly close to most things but if you don’t want to walk 10-15mins then UBER’s were quick to get to the hotel and even when taxi’s were called they arrived in a couple of minutes.
Unfortunately we didn’t have chance to try the spa. Fantastic hotel and will stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel location is great, very modern and new. Unfortunately, the AC does not work well and the room was hot, they didn't replace a light for 2 days on the bed that kept us up one night, we asked for them to make a simple dinner reservation and they said they don't do that. Again, the property was great but for 5 stars, they treated us more like a 2 star hotel.

Wet quaint boutique style hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant, because we would leave first thing in the morning and we would come back late at night. We truly only used it for sleeping and showering.

AC does not work. Was not expecting to be so uncomfortable given how much we paid. Hotel paid lip service but did not seem to care at all.
No Expedia perks were provided - wine, spa and breakfast.

Pros:

This is a cute hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are quite big for Paris. We loved the views of the Hotel des Invalides and being near Rue Cler which is so quaint. They gave us a free bottle of wine along with some chocolates which was a nice touch.
