Great budget hotel close to metro
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable to work and sleep. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Cons:

No shampoo in bathroom. No water to drink, not even to purchase from in room fridge.

Honestamente? A localização.

Cons:

Apesar de ser de 4 estrelas não parecia. Os lençóis tinham um cheiro horrível, as janelas deixavam entrar muito barulho e frio, nem havia um blackout para a luz que entra de manhã. E as paredes parecem papel. Estivemos até às 5 da manhã ouvir o quarto ao lado a discutir brutalmente e a equipa de limpeza faz um barulho anormal. Quando chegámos tínhamos medicação para tomar e nem água havia, não digo a de oferta mas no mini fridge para pagar , não havia mesmo nada. No pequeno almoço as mesas, os pratos era tudo sujo.

Não atenderam a 100% do pedido que foi confirmado na minha reserva por parte do hotel. A janela da rua não fechava 100%, então a acústica não era boa dentro do quarto. A limpeza não foi bom feita, pois saiu debaixo da cama um monte um monte de cabelo. Se quiser utilizar a TV como Smart TV, tens de conecta-la ao seu dispositivo de internet, pois o hotel não fornece o Wi-fi para assistir algo no Youtube, por ex. Não sei se me hospedaria novamente.

Le sejour aurait du être formidable, mais l’accueil a tout gâché

L’accueil des clients,
Ça ne fait pas envie de rester dans cet hôtel,
La réception nulle, pas un mot de français et pour finir la réception a refusé de nous commander un Uber ,
Donc plus jamais a Black Tulipel

Aunque apartado del centro turístico tenías el metro en la misma puerta del hotel...buena cama.

Cons:

Faltaba en la habitación una cafetera y un calentador de agua con tes.
El hotel aunque tiene cafetería está cerrada.
Bañera hay que cambiar por nueva y quitar cortina....

La localisation

L'accueil na pas été bonne.

La fourre du duvet n'est pas mise dans le duvet, et le duvet n'est pas changé ni lavé, donc nous avons dormi sur un duvet utilisé par les précédents clients. Après avoir réclamé, on nous a dit que c'est le règlement de l'hôtel pour les lits double. Cette situation n'est pas hygiénique.

Pros:

Pequeno Almoço suficiente. Boa Localização para quem vai para a zona ribeirinha de Gaia.

Cons:

Terem reservado pelo Booking e pensar que tinha pago e voltarem a pedir-me o valor do quarto na recepção. Normalmente pago pelo Booking e não necessito de mais nada.
