O pequeno-almoço foi muito bom, com bastante variedade, produtos de qualidade e tudo muito bem apresentado. Foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos positivos da estadia.

Cons:

Sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas, esperava um nível de qualidade superior. Os quartos deixam um pouco a desejar, sobretudo pela decoração e pelo estado geral, que já se encontram desatualizados. Uma modernização dos quartos tornaria a experiência muito mais agradável e estaria mais de acordo com a categoria do hotel.

Las habitaciones estaban bastante limpias pero los baños les falta un poco de mantenimiento, secador funciona pero roto, y la silicona del lavabo y bañera con moho.

o pequeno almoço pouca oferta e variedade para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Um dos 2 elevadores não funcionava e não tinha qualquer informação acerca do mesmo se encontrar em manutenção. Hotel ja um pouco antigo a precisar de alguma remodelação. Está bem localizado e dispõe de estacionamento o que facilita, é a principal vantagem.

Ficamos num quarto executivo do 9 andar, e por cima supostamente é a cozinha/restaurante
Acontece que pelas 7h começou imenso barulho, super confuso e impeditivo de descansar.
Após fazer reclamação ainda me foi dito que já envia outra reclamações pelo mesmo motivo. Questiono-me então qual o motivo para continuarem a atribuir o mesmo quarto aos hospedes.
