Tui Blue Los Gigantes

A beautiful hotel with the added bonus of a visit to the Cullinarium for the tasting menu which was incredible breakfast was superb and the views incredible all in all a brilliant stay

Rooms were big but could do with updating. Good poolside facilities. Great location. Shampoo and conditioner not provided. You have to put down a deposit for towels and the safe in your room and can only get these back at the end of the week. Food is as expected. Overall great for a chilled holiday without luxury.

l hotel est vieillissant; le lavabo était bouché, la chasse d eau fuyait, le bois était gondolé autour de la porte de la salle de bain, pas de couette sur le lit on a eu froid la nuit, des poils non à nous ont été trouvés, pas assez de linge de toilette pour 3 nuits, le personnel est sans extra, le matin à 6h30 le personnel est horrible, pas souriant, pas aimable, dur d avoir de la confiture!!, sinon hotel bien placé, mais parking trop petit, extérieurs top, et soirées festives, au final c est très moyen mais on a eu de bonnes vacances à Tenerife

Hotel is old, but in good condition. Breakfast are delicious. And views are great.

Lovely hotel with great views. Prices of food and drink very reasonable. Food generally ok, but breakfast was let down by watered down baked beans, and a huge sign warning people not to take food out of the restaurant. Live cooking stations were good and tasty.

Excellent hotel, pool. Quiet, large room with good air conditioning. Great breakfast and evening buffets, and very, very friendly staff. Nothing not to like here.

Amazing we were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous .Lovely comfortable bed everything was great.Breakfast was very good plenty of choice.Restaurant very spacious with great views over the sea..Excellent hotel..Both pools were nice.

Close to the beach and local restaurant

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, clean and enjoyed the perks that we received during our stay.

Would definitely come again and recommend this to anyone that wants luxury and comfort.

Amazing hotel in a nice reserved area, rooms are luxurourious, restaurant is great food choice is also extraordinary and all high quality, service is professional in all areas and well staffed. I think the original hotel for Gigantes, recently thoroughly refurbished to modern standards, prime location for Los gigantes, a huge complex, pools gardens, sunbathing, performance areas, outside bars tennis courts, they could have got 3 modern hotels on the site. The interior has also gym bar area with huge performance area, upstairs bar with snooker table viewing platform and a museum!

Ocean view rooms fantastic sea view, very clean everywhere, good sized rooms big bed, two lovely swimming pools. Sadly the one night tried the dinner buffet got a very bad stomach for several days but was assured this is very unusual. Reception gentlemen efficient and courteous, helpful if not smily. No book swap area bit of a shame as other hotels do. And no bar-snack in evening only option is to go out or take the full buffet. However a wide choice of eateries right next to hotel. Hope to return.

Beautiful place, super cool pools with nice views. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarkets, beach and bus stop close by.
They could improve their bar food and drink quality tho.

Arrived on a Sunday which may have been a bad plan. The town of Los Gigantes was exceptionally busy. We pulled up to the hotel barrier multiple times but were ignored. I called the hotel over and over again and they just repeatedly answered and killed the call so that was intensely frustrating. For most of our stay the 'free parking' was completely full as was the overflow carpark on the lower level. It was impossible to park anywhere in the town so we ended up driving around for an hour. When we finally did manage to find parking a the top of the town and walk down to the hotel, they asked us why we didn't honk the horn of the car when we were at the barrier!!! Frustrating and off-putting. The room was very spacious and perfectly clean but the hotel felt like a school canteen. The pool area is beautiful and again immaculate but it certainly didn't feel like a boutique style experience. All in all, I have very mixed impressions of the hotel and couldn't hand on heart recommend it as a luxury experience at all.
