Pros:

Bij aankomst liet de nachtportier ons dubbel betalen, terwijl de boeking via Booking.com al was voldaan. Zonder deze extra betaling mochten we niet inchecken. Omdat het zaterdag was en de administratie gesloten was, vertelde de manager ons dat het eerste wat maandagochtend zou gebeuren, het terugstorten van de contante betaling was. Ook de medewerkers bevestigden dit. Daarna werd ons telkens opnieuw verteld dat het de volgende dag zou worden geregeld, maar er gebeurde niets.

Na meerdere keren contact opnemen kregen we uiteindelijk pas na een week te horen dat dit via Booking.com geregeld moest worden. Uiteindelijk moest ik zelf achter mijn geld aan en heb ik het bedrag pas na anderhalve week terugontvangen. Zeer slechte service en onprofessionele communicatie.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, el desayuno es abundante y variado. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas

Cons:

La ropa de cama, solo constaba de sábana bajera y edredón. No me gusta esta costumbre que tienen ahora los hoteles.
La limpieza de la habitación de un día a otro no fue muy eficaz

Prima om te overnachten als je op doorreis bent.

Unsatisfactory value for money. The hotel appears almost luxurious, but it isn’t. The electrical setup in the room is nearly nonexistent—there were no outlets at the desk or by the bathroom mirror. The bed had a spring mattress.

Sfeervolle knusse kamer, heerlijke douche,fantastisch bed en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Er had eventueel een kleine koelkast op de kamer mogen zijn.

The room looked like some repairs were underway (some panels removed).
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Fresh juice, good quality food. No queues.

Cons:

The room looked like it was under repairs. I know they are small and VfM is not superb. Missing excellence.

La grandezza della stanza. Davvero piccola e senza punti di appoggio x valige etc. NON esisteva un armadio, neppure piccino. Le roulotte sono meglio organizzate come spazio. Unica pecca, ma non indifferente per la rilassatezza in vacanza
