Pros:

Attentive and cordial staff
Comfortable rooms (including connecting options)
Good cost-benefit
Cons:

Noise from street; windows don’t fully block sound
Billing/receipt errors reported

Categories

Cleanliness
8
Mixed mentions: several guests praise cleanliness, but there are recurring issues (mold in shower grout, sink leakage, dirty walls, an accessible room described as dirty) that lower this score.
Service
8.9
Generally highly praised (cordial, attentive, efficient staff), though there are notable negative incidents (poor night/midnight reception, slow check-in due to staff breaks, billing/receipt errors) that temper the score.
Location
9.4
Consistently described as excellent: central, safe, walkable to restaurants, shops and cultural sites; repeatedly highlighted as a strong positive.
Room Quality
8.5
Many guests report comfortable, good rooms (including connecting rooms), but some mention aging rooms, AC infiltration and occasional leaks that prevent a top score.
Amenities
8.4
Breakfast and basic amenities (frigobar, water availability, late checkout) are appreciated; parking/not being included and occasional operational issues slightly reduce this rating.
Value for Money
9
Multiple mentions of strong cost-benefit and guests saying the stay was worth the price, though extra charges for parking lowered perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Very strong sentiment: the breakfast is repeatedly called excellent/perfect and the hotel's F&B receives consistent high praise.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall positive impressions and many recommendations, but operational problems (late check-in, organizational mishaps, billing errors), noise and cleanliness issues combine to produce a more mixed overall score.

Positiva!
