Great location. Room was modern and clean.
Restaurant was understaffed.
Fantastic location in the middle of town, great restaurant and large clean rooms with king size comfy beds.
There is a pool but no spa bath at hotel.There us a sauna and gym. For the price they could afford a Nespresso and biscuits in the room.

Limited bedside tables and no bedside clock. Limited seating in room and no lounge chair. Breakfast accessed only by braving the weather outside
Was really nice and clean

Emma was a delight, generally staff were very pleasant and the property is well maintained, albeit dated. Check in and out was efficient.
Dinner bookings essential (for child friendly times) but was not informed of that upon check in. Very basic room necessities (ie 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 2 spoons, 2 towels- ie no spares). Toilet was broken, seat detached, carpets not clean (ie not vacuumed in room), no room service (despite “in room dining” option on phone. Requested a clean of room after night 3, only replaced cups and towels, no actual clean of room. Pool was unkept (leaves and dirty).

We had a wonderful few nights stay, the rooms are modern clean and comfortable
A beautiful place and neighbourhood. An amazing place for vacation.
